This Merit Badge pamphlet, like most of them, is not great reading. I did learn some things, however, and will be a little better prepared the next time I get out on the water. I hope some of my Scouts get to read this one too.
Yes, I know this booklet is no substitute for training and experience. I just like to read about things I am doing or will be doing soon. Wish me luck.
