I like how the book is broken up by region. I found it difficult using the kindle version figuring out which images and blurbs went along with which photos.
A gorgeous, sumptuous tour de force. The book is beautifully printed, with full- page photos of locations and recipes. Famous chefs in Thailand serve up their favorite dishes, oftentimes an enhanced version of a beloved childhood treat from their hometown province. All four Thai region's cuisine are well represented.
