Rate this book

Find your heart in San Francisco with Kate Perry's bestselling contemporary series, Fillmore & Greenwich...

Book 2: THAT KIND OF GIRL

With grease under her fingernails, wild hair and unfortunate overalls, mechanic George Connolly is hardly your quintessential San Francisco girl. Loss and tragedy have distanced her from sensuality and femininity.

Enter Remy Savage, a mysterious artist with a tragic past looking for love in all the wrong places. When he's commissioned to paint a mural on George's garage, he decides he's found his tango partner—for life. But can her get her to let go of her past and strap on a pair of tango shoes?

The book was hard to set down.

I enjoyed the eccentric aspects of this book. The characters were very realistic. The plot was fast moving. I am looking forward to reading more of this author's work.

Wow that was a whirlwind read so much happening in one story I really loved that but also felt it could have been made into more than one story with more depth, I still really loved it though because there was so much going on.
Georgina and Remy were the main story and what a story it was motor bike ride, tango dancing and letting go of the past, just magical.
Dana and Scott these two were cute from their first meeting funny how the worst day of your life can change in the blink of an eye.
I'd love to read more about Bronwyn I love her wine bar it brings the neighbourhood together so many more stories :-)

Lovely!

A book by Kate Perry it's always a hit for me. I love not only the romance but the relationships between friends and family. When I read a book by her it's not only about the couple that falls in love, it's a story about the community where they live and their friends. Thank you forma ferry lovely, and funny book. I want to know more about Esme and see her falling in love too. Can't wait for Pete and Michelle story

3.5 stars. Nice story but needed more padding. Felt storylines were bit rushed to conclude.
