Great atmospheric photos, combined with verses from The Voice translation of the Bible which is fresh, very direct & if you like The Message paraphrase you would I think, like The Voice too. Each section has an introductory article, an interview/personal story & questions for personal reflection or group discussion/study. I used the book more for daily devotional reading, rather than study, though if you want to get deeper still there is a website theoneexperiencejesus.com with videos, etc. apparently. Well worth a read whatever your spiritual experience or inclination - and the photos make for a nice browsing/daydreaming session too!

Just finished this. Very interesting. Different from my usual non-fiction reads. Some good practical points to live by, and discussion questions with each chapter for personal or small group study. #CarlosDarby #TheOneExperienceJesus
