Excellent book! It is like the go-to guide for anything gut related!! An encyclopedia for health problems that stem from gut issues, and the recommended course of action/solutions. Very informative and explanatory

interesting but nothing really new and no "AHA!" moments. Probably very helpful for people who are new to having digestive issues...
