Lost In You is the conclusion to the very sexy story of the gorgeous hotelier and the reporter who met under very peculiar circumstances. The city of New York plays the perfect backdrop for a sensual story where two lost hearts finally find each other...

A few weeks later she receives the surprise of a lifetime when Landon finally comes back to her to tell her not only that he loves her but that he is ready to be with her forever. The last book in the Swanson Court series was great. All my concerns from the previous book were resolved, any lingering issues I had, put to rest.
Rachel grew a lot for me in this book. She was no longer the insecure, always questioning herself and Landon, woman from the past. This time around, her concerns were well founded but the difference was also in how she approached everything.

This picks up right where the story left off in book two. Rachel has walked away from Landon believing he wasn't capable of committing to her and loving her the way she wanted. She showed some strength during this period of time and I loved seeing that. The majority of the book was what we all wanted to see. Landon and Rachel have come a long way to be together, and tackled obstacles so much better than before. There was some angst, some very sweet moments and plenty of steam.

The last third was quite intense and had me glued to the pages. There was a beautiful epilogue and a future scene between Rachel and Landon that I loved. I'm so happy with how this series ended!

This was book three in the Swanson Court Series and the final book. Once again Rachel has walked away from Landon she left him in San Francisco after she told him that she loves him and he didn't say it back. Two weeks go by and she really thinks that he doesn't love her like she wants to be loved. Landon is dealing with demons of his past his mother died in a car accident while fleeing from his father and he couldn't save her so he has nightmares that he refuses to let her help him. Laurie her cousin and roommate is getting married and moving out it's at the engagement party. Landon gives her space but it's too much for him he finds her and tells her how he feels about her. Landon and Rachel go through a lot in this book both of them have jealous exs Ava who wants Landon back and her brother because he thinks that Landon stole his sister from him and his hotel who is out to get even with him. Rachel's ex Jack gets the message that it's to late. This was a really good book and a good end to this series. This book had some hot sex scenes in it. This book was well written like the rest of Ms. Grey's books with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am going to miss Landon and Rachel. If you like reading about hot rich alpha males and the women that make them fall head over heels in love than I recommend that you read this series.

Lost In You, is book 3 in the Swanson Court series and the final book for Rachel and Landon (enter sad face here). I was lucky enough to have the honor of reading this whole series before its release date, and once again I'm blown away, by Serena and her wonderful characters that leap out off the pages.

So it must be said, this is book 3, so you really need to check out Drawn to you and Addicted to you before starting lost in you.

Landon and Rachel's relationship has been more ups and downs than should be in anyone's life. But with a history that still causes nightmares, and his life in constant control, Landon hides so much from Rachel and was this that had her walking away again, and I have to say I was more than a little freaked out that they may not get happy ever after when at 16% Landon was still MIA, and poor Rachel was pondering a life without the man she really loves.

But never fear he makes his way back to her in the sweetest way, I had flutters in my tummy at his sweet acknowledgement of his feelings for Rachel. But like a popped balloon, Rachel and her love affair with Landon is once again on tender hooks, when the ever present but not wanted ex-screw ( because girlfriend is to good for her), Ava Sinclair shows back up along with her disturbed brother.

So while dealing with a new job, best friend , Laurie 's wedding to long time love Brett, Rachel's world is changed forever with news she never expected. But without Landon by her side, and a phone call that has Ava on the other end... She is once again left to defend herself and plaster the happy face for the wedding of the year.

I really don't want to ruin the ending, but I'll just say it finishes with a bang, a death, a baby and a proposal. These 4 encounters will change more than 1 life of our favorite characters. Some made me angry, some upsetting and all round happy with this ending to a great series.

Well done Ms Grey.

I really enjoyed this series. I wish it gave a little more at the end. I mean the climax at builds up than it stops. It didn't tell you happen in the events between the chapter to the next. Without giving spoilers away it is hard explain.

In this final part of their story, travel writer Rachel Foster has once again left hotel magnate Landon Court. Heartbroken, she can not forget him. But Landon is only giving her space, he has not given up on her. As it happens, this separation gives them both the time to decide what they want and to accept the vulnerability that comes with love.

"You're my weakness, you know, and my strength. My everything."

But are Rachel's love and trust strong enough to face Landon's jealous ex-girlfriend ?

I really enjoyed reading the Swanson Court trilogy that concluded with a wonderful epilogue, and will definitely follow this author in the future. I hope there will be a book for Landon's brother, Aidan !

Book number 3 in the Swanson Court series, I like to read authors who continue characters over a few books as I feel that the author in this case Serena has the time and enough pages to be able to tell the whole story in her head rather than having to rush through it all and compact it into one book. Again I am very lucky a I was able to beta read the whole series for Serena, I will be adding her name to my list of authors that I enjoy, because Serena deserves all the praise she can get for this series of 3 books, I like the way that she writes, makes sure that her characters and plot are as great as they can be. Serena has a way of bringing in the sex side of the relationship and it feels right as some can over write the sexy bits but for me these were totally spot on. Everyone should want to read this lovely ladies books. Thank you Serena for allowing me to beta read for you it has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

I got this book for an honest review, the last in the series, and I have to say I'm so happy for them.

At the beginning of the book Rachel is trying to get over the fact that Landon is not coming back or her, she told him she loved him and he said nothing, so she left.

Life without him feels empty and she is sure she would never find something as good as what they had.

Landon finally accepts his feelings for her and he is never letting her go, but life has some nasty tricks still left for them to overcome, is their love strong enough?

Rachel needs to take the leap and stop running, and Landon needs to overcome his fear of her leaving.

The sex scenes are still amazing and we have a LOT of them in this last book.

I still hate Ava, she is that kind of character that always ruins everything, and this is no exception.

Its overall a beautiful book, and an amazing ending to their love story, couldn't be better!

This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

This has to be by far the best book that Serena has written so far. I loved how this series ended and can I just say LANDON!! You have to read this whole series from the start to get the full effect of him. I loved the flow of her writing and I felt as though I was friends with each of her characters because I felt as though she picked me up from the beginning and placed me right in Landon's arms. I loved every minute of it. Such an emotionally charged book. It will leave you on cloud nine and so satisfied that you will be asking when her next book is coming out. Her writing has come into it own throughout this series. This is definitely an author to watch for as I feel she is going places!

I heart this book. The writing is as capturing as it was in the first two books. I love Rachel and Landon, those two are so sweet.

We get to read about some really lovely moments but at some parts - especially in the middle - there isn’t much happening. A lot of sex like in the first two books. Steamy but I find it tedious that there is a sex scene in every few pages. It sometimes felt like they were thrown in everywhere possible as page fillers, even though they aren’t badly written, it was just slightly too often for my liking.

I felt kind of bad for Jack, Rachel’s ex, because he discovered his feelings for her too late by the time she’s already moved on from him.
Serena Grey really knows how to create her characters and makes them lovable for us readers. I enjoyed reading about every single one of them, even Jack’s mother or Evans Sinclair. If good or bad, the characters are convincingly created.

To be honest, I was so scared of finishing this book because I was worried there might be a bad ending. My previously read books ruined me because I get scared shitless at the slightest possibility of a bad ending. I feared already in the middle of this book that something bad would happen to Landon. But I think I was just paranoid. This probably wouldn’t have happened to me if I would have read different books before this one.
This book was nonetheless enthralling closer to the end.

I loved the beautiful ending and the epilogue was so sweet. At about 78% I loved the story till the end because it got a lot more to it than just sex. There was some emotional rollercoaster going on. Beginning and ending in this book was super. The middle part was good.

I recommend this series to anyone who’s up for a sweet love story driving on a bumpy road but willing to find a happy ending.

“I only want you,” I whisper.
“All of me,” he says softly. “You already have all of me.”

Lost In You is perfect the conclusion to the story of the gorgeous hotelier and the "hooker" reporter who met under very strange circumstances. This is not a Standalone and should be followed after reading the first 2 books in the Swanson Court series.

Book 3 picks up right where Addicted to You ends and once again Rachel has walked away from Landon (I know....sigh) in San Francisco after she lets her insecurities about Ava get to her. She finally tells him that she loves him and of course he didn't say it back. Two weeks go by and she's miserable and depressed thinking that he doesn't love her and she is starting to think she will have to face a future without him. Landon is dealing with demons of his past (ie. the death of his mother and the guilt he feels toward losing both of his parents). But luckily Landon comes to his senses, finally while at the engagement party of Laurie (Rachel's cousin), and admits his true feelings towards Rachel. But nothing can go smoothly when it comes to these two, especially when you have a crazy guy who wants to hurt Landon and an ex-girlfriend that still wants him.

This was probably my favorite book in the series, it was intense and had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what would happen next. All my issues/questions from the previous books were resolved/answered. What I loved about this book in particular was the growth and strength that Rachel showed. She was secure in her relationship with Landon and although there was an issue with Ava in this book, she didn't run and communicated her concerns with Landon instead of jumping to conclusions. I absolutely loved the epilogue as it gave us a glimpse into their future....very happy with how this series ended!

The final book in the Swanson Court series, do Landon and Rachel finally move on from their pasts and create their own HEA? I have such mixed feelings about this read, and the series as a whole. The authors writing style is so appealing to me, I know I'm enjoying a read when I don't want to put it down, but there was also so much that was missing for me to make it into a series that I absolutely loved, which I truly believe it had the potential to be. Landon's past, and the effect it had on him, was so underdeveloped - I'd have loved to have had dual point of views on this series, to get inside his head and explore his tragic past. The emotions that could have been drawn out of me for this series would have upped it to a five star read across the board. The drama that finally came, instead of the will they/won't they, was 80% into the final book, and as fast as it started, it was over. I didn't feel the tension or suspense. The sex scenes, while explicit and erotic, were too frequent again and I felt that this padded out the three book series at the expense of the actual story that I wanted so badly. Overall this was a 3.5 star read for me, like book two. Landon, whose character I loved, was the driving force in my continued reading. That said, this is an author that I'm willing to return to, because something about it, in spite of all of those niggles for me, made me read all three books back to back. I'd love to see more of her writing if it factored in the many reviews I've read saying the same - less sex, more drama and emotions. If she nailed that, I really think she'd move up into one of my favourite authors category. One to watch!

" Lost in You" is the third book in the Swanson Court series and the conclusion of Landon and Rachel's story. Ms. Grey does not dissapoint.
Reader beware some spoilers below!

Rachel, finally steps outside of her safety zone and embraces what her and Landon have, she tells him how she really feels, she tells him she loves him, but Landon may not want to loose her, but he still can not handle the thought of someone loving him, it means commitment. Not that anything is wrong with commitment , but Landon's childhood did not give him the best examples of love and commitment. He lives with the nightmare of loosing his mother tragically. So Landon puts up a wall and the moment Rachel feared , that should have been something wonderful between them is just crushingly sad. Rachel yet again walks away from Landon, hoping that given some space he will realize that her love for him is a gift and they have something wonderful together.
Unfortunately weeks go by without any word from Landon and Rachel is trying to move on, she came home to find her cousin happily back with her long term boyfriend Brett and now engaged and then her dream job is offered to her , but trying to be happy without Landon to share it with is a challenge. Rachel keeps hoping, but she now has to bring herself to reach out to him, weather he wants to be in her life or not. He has a right to know he is going to be a father. Before she can reach out Landon shows up and in quite a sweet way!
I have to say I truly loved how Ms Grey brought these characters around and finished their story, managing to give us a delightful Hea.

Lost in You by Serena Grey is the stunning conclusion to the Swanson Court series. A well-paced read that FINALLY gets us the happy ever after we have been after for Landon and Rachel. It is a hard-won HEA, and just when you think things are going great the rug gets pulled out from under you.

Rachel has confessed her love to Landon and then left him to process it despite her promise to never leave him again. She felt she had no choice, his reaction to her "I Love You" was far from encouraging. When he takes his time reaching out to her she feels like all hope is lost. But they make it back from that rocky road of doubt and begin working towards a future together. When a problem from the past pops back up though, can they make it through the new drama and danger the ensues?

A wonderful read with a massive hiccup that will have you tearing your own hair out in anticipation of what happens next. Loved this series and the close to Landon and Rachel's story was wonderful. Will definitely be reading more form this author.

Yeah! Finally my conclusion...

We ended Addicted to You (Swanson Court, #2) with Rachel leaving Landon after she confessed her feelings of love for him.

She waits and waits... and waits. No call, no appearances, nada. She finally dismisses the driver he had given her, this was her last reminder of Landon. While Rachel is wallowing in loneliness, her bestie/cousin has reconciled her own relationship and is engaged, and will be moving out.

She puts on the air of being fine but inside she is missing Landon terribly, so much so that sometimes she feels like she sees him.

Landon, being a typical guy, thinks he is giving Rachel space. He has finally reached he breaking point of being separated from Rachel and goes to her. He is finally able to say the words Rachel is longing to hear. And he isn't saying them to just say them... he means them.

So while Rachel and Landon forge ahead in a relationship, Landon's ex, Ava comes back to town and brings her deranged brother who feels wronged.

What happens next? Will Landon and Rachel be pushed apart once again or will they find their happily-ever-after. Go one click to find out.

What a fantastic conclusion to the series....there was drama, tragedy, love and past's that can't be forgotten..... Can there be a HEA when your past keeps coming up to the present while threatening your future with the only person you ever truly LOVED !!

Landon sees what he wants and will not let anything stand in his way to get it BUT will the two different past's that haunt hi. Get in the way of his future with Rachel ? Dreams, Accidents, Ava can he get through them all to get to the prize at the end ...which is Rachel ?

Rachel finally has everything she ever dreamed .... She thought ... Gilt Review Magazine job, family, friends And a man that loves her BUT is that enough for her HEA or will Ava keep popping up and keep popping jealousy in her head....YES !!

But after a situation when life and death was the most important piece to the pie...can they both get what they never thought they would EVER have....the LOVE of your life FOREVER !!

I couldn't put any of these books down...once one was done I could wait to open up the next to see what happens and NOW I can't wait to see the struggles that Aiden goes through !! This was truly a 10 star series !!

This was a good ending to the trilogy. And I am going to say that Landon is definitely book boyfriend material he's a little bit broken but has a heart of gold and loves completely and fiercely.
After Rachel leaves Landon yet again he gives her the room that she believes she needs only she thinks that he has given up on her because he didn't chase after her like he did the last time she walked away from their relationship. Rachel really needs a wake-up call and this was a real good one...it went on for two weeks. There were a lot of things happening in this final book of the trilogy, Ava and her crazy brother Evans of course love to stir up trouble and WOW did they stir it up...CRAZY things went down! I'm not giving any spoilers just know that things are tied up for Landon and Rachel in this book and there is a small build-up for another series to begin with Aiden as the MC.

Outstanding!

I was very lucky and honored to receive an arc for and honest review. And this deserve more than 5 stars.

What an amazing way to end the story of Landon and Rachel; is the third book of the Swanson Court series and let me tell you will love it. The story was amazing equal parts of true love and hot sex scenes (blushing). Landon is one of my favorites book boyfriends (so many) because he is so romantic and so emotional but with fierce and alpha characteristic. The way he declare to her his love was one of my favorite parts; he is sooooooo sweet and kind (and hot as hell).

As always Serena do not disappoint me at all. The story held my attention from start to finish. Very well written and filled with plenty of emotions that captivate my heart. Everyone should read this series because you will love it like I do. Again the story is amazing and beyond perfect for me. I recommend 100% so ladies go grab yours…

It is with great pleasure that I affirm that I am totally satisfied with Lost in You. After having had my reservations with Addicted to You, I can honestly say that I am really pleased with Landon and Rachel in Lost in You.

I was so happy to see those two finally get their act together, and when Landon admits his love for Rachel it was swoon worthy :)

As always, Serena was able to pull me inside the story, to the point of not stopping until finishing the book. It was very well written and very entertaining with Evans and Ava in the picture.

I must say that I have been a fan of Serena since the very beginning, I have always enjoyed all of her stories and I will definitely be reading anything and everything that she writes. She deserves without doubt all the good things that will come her way :)

Finally after reading the series I couldn't be happier with the ending.

To see how both Rachel and Landon grew and fell deeper in love with each other to how with the epilogue you got to see the fruit of that relation ship.

Though the one thing I wish I could have read about was Landon and Rachel's wedding. Call me a romantic but after reading Laurie and Brett's wedding I wanted to see how Rachel was as the bride though I know she would be beautifully dressed.

But to say again with the ending of the happily ever after through I all. His is one series that will be talked about and passed on to my friends when lookin to read. Bu best of all I can't wait to read how Aiden makes out in his books just so I can see more of Landon and Rachel

Rachel is heart broken because she finally told Landon she loves him and it didn't go so well. He always told her that he didn't believe in love. So now here she is back in New York trying to get on with her life. But Landon has other ideas on how her life should be. Mostly because he finally realizes that he can't live without her and that he also is in love with her....sigh. This book is the wrap up story and it is a very good read. We get to feel Rachel's insecurities and Landon surprised me with all his comments about love. There are a few other things going on with the story but I can't spoil it for anyone. Read this series!

Still asking yourself whether your lover wants & loves you in the 3rd book of a trilogy 80% through it is signs of a delusional mind,a delicate constitution & reminiscent of a heroine suffering fainting spells from 18th century literature.

This book could have desperately done with a dual point of view & tighter editing.I'm surprised that there was not a paragraph of the heroine mutilating a flower by pulling off one petal at a time all the while singing :

"he loves me,he loves me not,he loves me,
he loves me not,he loves me,he loves me not,
he loves me,he loves me not........................"

Final book after Rachel left Landon is trying to convince her to come home again but still the words are not said. Can he convince Rachel about his true feeling or is their relation doomed?

Like in all previous books sex is the most factor in this relationship, what I missed was a little more feelings in this last story don't get me wrong it was a great story but it could be more than it already is. I loved the whole series and you get lost in the books that's for sure because I wouldn't write my review before I had read them all.

This is the last book in the series and i have enjoyed them all. I am giving this 3 1/2 stars because i enjoyed the way its written and all in all it was a good story.

Rachel finally gets her feelings together, and gets over herself. Because she really was the one with the hangups about her love not being reciprocate. Land gets pass his own demons and they get their HEA.

This series was well written, characters developed okay, and sex scenes steamy. I would have enjoyed more story and just a little less sex scenes, but it I would definitely recommend.
