Expected 24 Dec 26Level 1: The Most Dangerous Level of All.
Jyo is a walking calamity, but he is also sixteen years old. One day, the village gathers and tells him they've had a “collective vision by every single member of the village council, at the same time” that he is destined to embark on a hero’s journey...
As far away from the village as possible.
Jyo, being who he is, believes it wholeheartedly. The issue? Well, he is a walking calamity stuck at Level 1 and a Swordsman class, unable to level up, with all the baggage that comes with it.
Except there is something no one else knows.
His strength and prowess grow with every kill. Endlessly. With Every. Single. Kill.
Follow Jyo Ryan as he navigates a world of fantasy, mythical creatures, and epic adventures, surrounded by flawed but changing characters, a world full of people who need someone kind enough to see past their rough exteriors, and an apprentice he acquires entirely by accident while walking down the road.
Adventure and absurdity collide in this LitRPG comedy.
Jyo navigates guild politics, trains recruits (with spectacularly unconventional methods), makes dragons quiver and beg for mercy, attracts a profit-driven merchant who sees the value of investing in him early, and turns ordinary errands into epic wins.
