The devil wants me in his bed, and there's nothing that'll stand in his way. The word average was never something he was good at. He didn't have a normal job or a normal life. Instead, he does what he's best at: take control of everything and everyone around him.
Tonight, he's got his eyes on me.
He doesn't care that my perfect flawless life has no room for a tatted up devil biker.
He doesn't care that I might be making a terrible mistake.
He just wants me. I can tell from the way he's staring at me.
And I f*****g love it.
This is a full length standalone new adult romance novel with a guaranteed HEA ending and NO CLIFFHANGERS
3*** STARS - Average (It was good but nothing to brag about)
Off the bat, the story was interesting but there was a lot going on. This is the first book I've read where you follow more than one couple. This book was split between the stories of the sisters. So you can follow along with Bridget's story and also Lindy's story. They go back and forth. The story is told in a 4 people POV and there was a lot of grammatical errors but you were able to understand it. I felt the ending left me wanting more. But I guess it was okay the way it ended. The Alpha Male's were not what the synopsis made them out to be. They were on a HOT SCALE 1-10, I give them around 7 or 8.
I skimmed the final parts of the book for any big unexpected situations but it went smoothly on through. This book tells the stories of two couples rather than one. Sisters, Bridget and Lindy, are heating it up over MC guys, Stiles and Treble. Not much to do with the MC in the story. I felt a little off center throughout the book. I can't put my finger on exactly what was off putting about it. Hoping it was this particular book and not a style issue with the author so I plan to read some of her other books.
Honestly, with digital publishing I get that most writers aren't using an editor these days and that's a shame. When a character speaks of being a virgin and being nothing more than "a lied" when he mean "a lay" it really ruins the book. If that had happened only one time I would have giggled and passed it off as a single goof, but the whole book is filled with wrong word choices. Lied is used when lay is needed so often that it makes me wonder if English is a second language to the author as that is often a mistake made.
This is the first time I have read a book from this author and I have one question. Why have I have not read her books before? I totally loved this book it had it fun moments, it's relocating moments, and super hot steamy moments so in all I loves it. I hope Treble and Lundy get their book as I would love to know where that goes.
This book was good I just felt that the story focused more on Bridget and Stiles that were meant to be secondary characters than the main characters Lindy and Trebble. I also, felt like it didn't invoke much of the MC more could have been added to make the story more interesting.
The heroine starts out with a fiance and a lover. She is determined to keep them both. This book is a little long for the plot, but very sexy in contents. So far I have read a few of Kathryn's books they never disappoint.
This was an OK book. There were a lot of grammar errors that were annoying and I never did get who the Devil was suppose to be. It really didn't do much for a MC book and had very little to relate to it. I would call it a dirty romance and not a MC book. This is just my opinion.
Enjoyed the book but felt the boys should be riding Honda Goldwings instead of Harleys. I'm hey we're too "nice". But, good story. Love the happily ever after.
