Finally, finally, they were kissing again!

American student Sean Elliott, on a break from his London uni program, is lost in Amsterdam when his phone dies. He stumbles on an unexpected concert, only to bump into the stage manager: a very familiar face. His ex, Alex Howell, was the one who got away, but now they're both single and the chemistry burns between them. Before they can even meet for a date, his nerves get the upper hand – and then a mugger strikes, putting Sean in danger and reminding him of his past... a past one man helped him forget.

Alex encourages him not to retreat into his old shell. With Alex's help, Sean confronts his newfound and old fears only to find himself drawn to Alex like never before... and the feeling is mutual. Can he risk putting his heart on the line again? More importantly, can he risk letting Alex slip away again?

About 'Dam Time is a standalone gay romance with a HEA ending.

I recieved a copy of this story in exchange for an honest review...

Alex and Sean who had been friends who occasionally slept together but also dated other people while in college, has run into each other again in the streets of Amsterdam, what are the odds... After agreeing to a date to catch up they go on their way expecting to meet later... Sean however, runs into some trouble and who comes running to save him? Alex :) (I really like Alex).... Alex seemed like the type to want to take care of Sean, and he was so sweet about it. ... You can tell they have chemistry right away, but the timing just hasn't been right. ... Seems like the stars were aligning just right for these two because they figured out they were going back home and would both be single and both wanted more with each other. I love HEA's and this one had a good one, although I'm hoping for another book about these two, this one was just too short :)

a sweet short read about two people having been apart for a while and finding each other at the least likely place. the old flame that burned when they were at school together still burns. back then they never went further then friends and the occasional friendly sexual encounter. agreeing to meet up later, Sean is hurled back into the past when he gets mugged at knife-point. Ales arrives just in time to prevent Sean from totally breaking down. holding onto Alex, it helps Sean put everything in perspective and finally he's able to overcome the attack from a few years back. during the few days they have left, before Sean has to go back to London for school, they make the best of the time left in A'dam.

it's a sweet coming together of two people who realize they're given another chance with each other and want to make the best of it!!

I'm a sucker for second chance love and About 'Dam Time was a great quick read with a heartwarming second chance.

Sean and Alex unexpectedly run into each other in Amsterdam and that chemistry that was there years before is still going strong. They agree to meet later to catch up but on the way Sean finds himself in a dangerous situation, and one that brings back painful memories. But, no worry, Alex is there for him. Now that they've found each other again, can they make it work for real?

I absolutely adored these guys! I fell from them right from the start and even though it was a short story, I was totally hooked. This was definitely a feel good read and I look forward to more from this author!

A good time

This is a good one by Devyn. Well written and tightly scripted with good editing. Two American guys get together again in Amsterdam. They're able to pretty much pick up where they left off. Tender, sweet, and hot.
