The Devil Inside

Rate this book
This is exactly what happens to the usually conventional Alexa Lavelle after a minor head injury whilst holidaying in the Caribbean. And in order to satisfy her strange and voluptuous new appetites, she is compelled to seek the enigmatic and sophisticated doctors at an exclusive medical practice in London.
Their specialist knowledge of psycho-sexual medicine takes Alexa into a world of bizarre fetishism and erotic indulgence. And one particularly attractive doctor has concocted a plan which will prove to be the ultimate test of her senses, and to unleash the devil inside.

Yeah this for me was terrible there are no other words I can use to describe this . The plot was ridiculous and thin. The characters were dull and forgettable. The whole thing seemed a bit forced. I've read some of her other work and this is no where near her normal standard of writing.

I would have liked to explore Alexa's new psychic gift more. I never did figure out what or why Drew owed Beatrice or what she owed Sacha.

This book had some very erotic sex play and a lot of very good sexual teasing. I'm not into pain, but this book took me right up to my limit and maybe across it a little.

Different cover on mine.
Da Costa is one of the better erotic writers out there, I think, and this is another example. Even when the story line is sometimes lame, she manages to give depth to her characters.

I loved this book. Although I started to loose interest toward the end but that's because of my own sexual tastes (I'm not into spanking or BDSM)

A very woman empowered book, and very sexy.

This one just didn't grab me. I saw no emotional connection between any of the characters. DNF'd
