Basic teories around project management divided in 3 blocks. Planning the project, implementing the project and project management for the 21st century. Planning is divided into two phases Define and Plan. Implementation is divided into three phases Organize, Control and Close. Good starting point for those that want to learn about project management.

Book that presents the process of planning (like the PMI-PMBOK Standards). What I like most is the approach of planning phases and how to plan it.
