Honestly to me, and for me it's the perfect series. It's like Anne of Green Gables was to me when I was a kid, I have read that series more than 100 times in full. First World is a series I can read over and over and never get tired of . A series that will stay with you , a series you want to go back and visit over and over just to be a part of that adventure again and again.
It's something I've searched for, for hell, more than 20 years and I've read tons of series since Anne, TONS, seeing as Green Gables was my first journey. I have searched, and searched and Only one other besides Green Gables and now the Walker series has ever made my list of all time awesome and that's Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel's Legacy. Green Gables will always come first as go to adventures go, but the Walker Saga has more than earned it's rightful place as number two on my list, and that's saying something, what I'm trying to long windedly get at is, you have created a classic, a world that people will enjoy for years to come, just as they did, and in MY book you rank right up there with both of them, and that is the highest compliment I can give as a reader.
Here are three of my favorite quotes from " Earth: The Final Battle"

Quotes:

The last year of our lives would boil down to this very moment. The moment we met the Seventine on the battle field. And we all knew only one group would survive.
**********************************************************
I snorted. Brace and Lucy loved to make fun of me for my minor freak out when I’d been bitten by a zombie. I think I had a legit reaction to what could have been a tragic situation.
**********************************************************
Together we dashed up onto the porch, Brace let me take the lead, falling back a little even though our hands were still linked. I guess we couldn’t both fit through the door, but still … usually he would have to go first and check for murderers and spiders. It made him feel all manly and important. I’m pretty sure the moment I feel manly and important, you or Lucy say something which brings me right back into my place. Damn right we did. Couldn’t let our boy’s ego get too large, then they wouldn’t fit through the door at all.

I loved this series. It's one of Jaymin's early work. But I enjoy seeing her idea unfold. I alway love the theme of found family too.

The women are strong and support each other instead of tearing each other down. The guys are very likeable. I wonder what happens to Sam. He needs some salvation and acceptance of himself.

Captivating and satisfying, Earth: The Final Battle concludes the much loved Walker Saga. Finding the final half walker girl and wrapping up the epic battle to save the worlds, Earth takes the reader on an intense and riveting adventure filled with mystery, danger and kick butt comedy. A great installment to the series, Earth adds new elements to the Walker universe and deepens the story even more.
I found in this novel, every second was riveting and captivating. The characters, new and old to the story, all were well developed and rounded throughout the novel. I am still very much in love the narrative voice Jaymin presents in her story telling. She has a perfect balance of intrigue, romance and humor throughout her books. I only have one complaint about earth and it is a small one. I felt the final battle was just a wee bit anti-climactic, but I'm not really sure that could be avoided since it has six books building up to one battle. I loved the resolution of this novel. I felt it properly wrapped up the amazing saga. It was heart wrenching, but gave the readers the closure they needed to finish the novel properly.
Ultimately, I loved Earth: The Final Battle, and the whole Walker Saga. I definitely recommend you take the time to read it. It just might become your new all time favorite series! I give Earth: The Final Battle FOUR AND A HALF STARS OUT OF FIVE!!!

.I had the privilege to proof read a ARC of Earth by Jaymin Eve. There will be no spoilers in this review!!

Let's just start of with OMG!!!! This book was amazing and a spectacular ending The Walker Saga. I never doubted for a second that this would be a great addition. I laughed. I cried, (like a baby at one certain part. Thanks a lot Jaymin, you almost gave me a heart attack!) I also woke up my husband to tell him what happened. He was not happy to be woke up at 3AM (Oops).

As soon as this book is out yall have to read it! If you haven't started this series I only have 1 question. What are you doing with your life right now!?!? Not living that's what!!!

Give the series a chance. And hey, book 1 (First World) is free, so it's not like you'll waste money eyes if you didn't like it. But if you don't like it then I don't know what's wrong with you. You may be seriously ill because this series is amazing!

Anywho!! Earth will be out in the next month if not sooner. So no time like the present to change your life for the better.

Just wow

I don't even know where to start. Holy carp that was an emotional one...but totally in a good way. Be prepared to cry your heart out and to laugh out loud a lot. Jaymin Eve is by far my favorite author because her characters feel absolutely real and every emotion, problem and happiness they experience feels like you are right there with them.

So often the last book in a series ends in disappointment but that is definitely not the case with this Series. The only disappointment I have is that it's over and I so want more of the Walker world and the amazing characters. I hope we have some spin offs...hint hint Ms. Eve!

If you have not read this series yet it is well worth your time. I already feel the need to re-read the series (yet again), it is just that good! Complete awesomesauce!!!!

Perfect Ending

The ending was perfect. How many author's can have you crying your eyes out during an HEA ending?! This one did that. Looking back, the only thing I wish the author had done was give us more POV of each of the other 6. Especially them meeting their mates. Seeing it through Abby's eyes, just wasn't satisfying. Like jumping POV each h chapter. It also would have brought more heart and feeling to all the relationships. I was also hoping that each having a mate would be more integral to beating the seventine. Despite these things, I am glad I stuck with the series despite its frustrating start.

I am not great at this whole reviewing things but sometimes I have to. I have been reading a lot of books on kindle unlimited lately that seem to me like partial books and have sequels for the sake of sequels when they could be combined into one.

This series on the other hand, I loved it from the very beginning, almost everything about it. (Some of the writing was a little young for me and felt odd reading it. Such as Lucy's language and a lot of Abby's inner dialogue, as much as I love their characters dearly they talk like a kid in middle school versus an adult)

Anyways, I haven't been so satisfied finishing a book series in a while. I really REALLY loved it. I was nearly at the end and was reading it during my break at work and was going to cry and had to stop. I then came home and cried like a big baby. It was a roller coaster but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I was given an ARC of Earth by Jaymin Eve along with a few others in exchange for a final proof reading. Trying to slowly read this book was impossible! (Epic fail on my part and when the author said to just go ahead and enjoy the book, I devoured it!)

Earth definitely delivers the roller coaster of emotions Walker Saga fans have come to expect as we follow our half walker females, their mates and sacred animals into the dramatic conclusion of the series. I don't dare write anything else as the temptation to give away a few spoilers is overwhelming!

This was a brilliant last instalment of this series. When I read the last pages I just sat there, heart broken. Not because of how bad it was but because it finished. I need more Jaymin Eve!!!! More!!! Maybe a spin-off or something, because there was an ever so slight cliffhanger, involving a certain fairy and wolf. And if the next series was about them, then bring it on! But so far, nothing. But read the last book, because it is funny, and brilliant and really cruel twists than have to be read. Yes you'll be left wanting more, but thats what makes it such a good series!

Well I had the pleasure of.being able.to receive an ARC copy of the book. I will start off with WOW! OMG! What a wild and crazy ride this all turned out to be. I absolutely love the book. A little sad that the story has come to an end but not with a great ending. This one is so full of ups and downs. You will not be disappointed. And yes a few tears will be she'd along the way.

3.5 stars for the book.

As it is the last book in "Walker saga", my review will touch the whole series so there will be a lot of spoilers.

I'm usually all for lengthy series or sagas. When story is captivating and heroes well drawed and beloved,I love for it to continue and continue. The only problem is that somehow every story have to end and sometimes sooner can be a better option than later.I fully understand that these series are meant to have individual book for every half-walker girl as they come together to form the original force.Unfortunately,I still think that story was too stretched out and would have been way better packed more together.Funny, cause at previous books I mainly complained about author not building up the events and worlds enough but rush through everything, resulting in poor writing and disjointed story. It still holds true though.I guess it is just the authors style and in my opinion it could benefitted from some heavy editing and advising.Oh,well,I'm sure there are enough readers who loved the series just the way they are.

One huge plus I can give the final battle, that everybody was preparing for through the books,is that author did not cut it short or made it easy.Deaths were expected and conveniently only few minor characters were killed off.Girlds died, got ressurected-nothing surprising there. What I couldn't wrap my head around though, was all the constant hugging and kissing going on during the Battle.Kick someone in head, then spend 5 minutes hugging your boyfriend, family or friends. While the enemy does what?Stand idly by and waits for its chance to continue fight?Too many times, too often to become not sweet but plain dumb.Abby is supposed to be the main force but instead she spends most of the time hugging, kissing, swearing love until somebody injured comes to finally fetch her back to fight.Too many times enemy in active fight got forgotten to get touchy-feely.
I have some problem with the whole story too.It starts out as very urgent mission to find all girls,I think Francesca even says there are no minutes to spare.So...Abby spends months I between going to next world to just get her sun tan, going to dates, frolicking in bed etc.etc.Would have been wonderful if author kept notes on information she gave through out the books.Because too often it got contradicted.Walker doors between worlds takes weeks lost in tunnel in first book but by last the travel is instantaneous, same as tracing.Rias hair color and length changed several times through books, sometimes in the same chapter. And so many more informational or descriptive mistakes.

That the last girl got found only with minutes to spare before final battle so no time to train....well,maybe Abby should have found her months ago and prevented the escape of Seventines when she could.Because the only reason she constantly fails is because she does nothing until she absolutely have to.Very irresponsible. I don't know if making the main heroine irresponsible and dumb was authors intention but that is the character we got to meet.No matter how many times the rest of characters praise her,it is bullshit if you actually pay attention to her actions. She is not the strong witty heroine we are led to believe. She can never do anything or save anything(herself included) or solve anything on her own. There is always someone to step in and do it for her. So,sorry,i didn't buy the act.

Lucy was a brilliant character though.I loved her comments and sense of humor. Brace and Cotton was well written too.Lots of other characters left me wondering though.

As far as book endings go,there is absolutely no clear indication what happens to the rest of half girls.Do they return to their planets?Stay on first world? What? One fake Christmas evening is not a sufficient wrapping up of story.

So...yeah,overall the writing style is pretty haotic and rushed but reads easily enough.

I love the finally into the series of Walkers. What a struggle, trails and victories Aribella had to endure and overcome. Finding and convincing each worker on their own planet was a journey and eye opener for each walker.

Fury was one my favourite characters. I loved that she and Lucy was always at it until they tolerated each other. But what I loved the most was how much she came to love and respect Abby whom she called Supes or Super Abby.

The relation with each half walker is different as are their personalities. I loved the undying breath taking love that exist between Brace and Abigail. It's a love we read novels and dream about. Even in the face of a God Brace was always protecting his mate.

I would have loved and epilogue that spoke about Abby, Lucy, Brace and Colton, along with the half walker's revisit the other planets especially Earth. Would love that they checked back on their friends Tama and her group the dropped off in New Jersey and to find out what happen to New York City since the defeat of the Seventines.

I would have loved to hear that each walker found their mate and where each decided to settle and how their sisterhood flourished. Either for those who decided to live on First World or where ever they chose to live but how they stay connected.

I would have loved to see and hear what happened when Lucy's fairy side was unlocked and children she and Colton had.

I would love to know what was decided between Abby and Lucas in running First World and she and Brace being Princeps of Abernath. But above all I would have loved to see Abby pregnant and a likkle of their life into their future of being parents.

When I first started this series, I truthfully didn't understand the hype about it. It took me about 3 books to really get into the series. But from that point forward, I was hooked! Keeping your readers engaged for 7 whole books is no easy task, but Jaymin Eve managed to do it well! While it did get somewhat repetitive at times, I found the story to grow increasingly deeper and more interesting. There were SO many characters in this series--but the length allowed the readers to get to know each character pretty well over the span of 7 books.

Favorite aspects: strong emphasis on loyal and selfless friendships, commitment to a cause in spite of hardship, teamwork and reliance upon others to complete the mission, and strong romances that were fiercely committed and deep rather than flighty and selfish.

Aspects I wasn't as crazy about: the repetitive nature of some of the books, the obsessiveness of the romance plot at times, the level of ease to which all of the girls were able to adjust to their powers/remain nearly impervious to any opposition--it seemed like they were so hard to keep down that when they finally "died" at the end, it didn't pack as much of an emotional punch because I knew they would come back some how. In that sense, it wasn't very realistic or relatable.

Overall--the series was a fun, adventurous, romantic and exciting ride that had me smiling, laughing and sighing.

Enjoyable read

So I enjoyed reading this series, the characters were very likeable, the plot and worlds were creative and interesting but I didn't end up loving it like I'd hoped I would. I do recommend giving it a read if you want a feel good whirlwind adventure series, but I found it a little lacking in depth and it ran fairly predictably with all the loose ends tied up a little too nicely. Definitely a cool universe though! That's what kept me reading til the end, all the neat aspects of the different worlds and powers and tidbits of history and culture we were given. Just some things I thought could have been improved upon; there was little too much banter between the main characters during important battles, unnecessary inner dialogues about how crazy they are about their mates, the characters seemed to bounce right back from any hardship, and just about all the problems the characters encountered in their relationships or worlds were resolved a little too easily. Despite these criticisms, Lucy and Abby were loveable main characters and there were a lot of cool side characters introduced (which if the series had been longer more depth would have been appreciated) and the worlds, cultures, and magic were pretty creative compared to other elemental based magic novels. Overall, it was a decent series, not my favorite from Jaymin Eve but definitely not bad.

Overall it was really good. I did find myself wanting to rush through some parts. I found myself growing annoyed by the constant reminders of how hot Brace was, the random making out during fight scenes, or the constant declarations of love. I love a good romance but it got a little eye rolling. How about just save it for some good intense moments instead? Plus I still have no clue what Lucy’s role was in the whole series besides she was the original best friend. I was kinda hoping for some “AHA Finally” moment for her but it never came. Eva was bland and it left me feeling how I did with Sapha: What else can she do? Their powers were intriguing but not really elaborated on. I also was kinda waiting to see how all of their individual powers would uniquely combine when fighting the Seventine, but it almost seemed like it didn’t matter what unique powers they had after all as long as they had power. Besides the minor annoyances, the ending made up for it all and was intense and had me trying to clear away watery eyes several times in order to clear my vision so I could continue reading. I’m excited to read Jaymin’s other series since I could tell each of these books got better and better with each one.

loved this series and kind of sad that it is over..
lately I have problems with the endings of books like I miss something and this one is exactly the same, Its probably just me though..

I wished the epilogue was more into the future, where we really saw the changes like how Lucas is a as Emperor and ruling with Ria and how Brace and Abby are settling into their lives as Princeps and maybe starting or having a family, I mean that topic has come up a few times in the 7 books, and If Brace's mom still is a bitch. Or how Samuel is living his life did he find someone or is he still struggling ? And what about the Walker girls? Have they decided to move back to there own home planets? and Trace back every few times just to see each other or have they decided to stay with Abby?
The only thing we got to see a little was Lucy and Colton and well maybe they get there own story.

its just little things like that I wonder about
But I just wished there was more a clear ending..

Overall, I really enjoyed this series. Easily my least favourite part was the relationship between Abby and Brace. Every few paragraphs is an inner monologue about the hotness that is Brace. It even happens during a battle and Abby almost gets hurt because she is so distracted by him. Honestly. I started skipping their scenes together, because they were all the same: annoyingly soppy.

And Abby and the others could never focus. The enemy is advancing and Abby is busy mental chatting and joking. What on Earth?! There were also poorly timed conversations. Like on a battlefield, maybe don't waste time having a sappy reunion with your father. The enemy is on your doorstep!

But the overall messages of sisterhood and loyalty made this series difficult to put down. I really loved the girls' camaraderie.
