A cookery book from the modern and progressive Zheng He restaurant in Dubai, which offers a fusion of Western and Far Eastern cuisines. It is quite a fancy cookery book, sort of a coffee-table book version of a cookery book, very classy, up-market, production values. It contains a good range of unusual recipes for which you will need a very well-stocked larder. It is not a cookery book that you will use often but it is a very good source for inspiration, which, to be very honest, is what most cookery books really are. Unless, of course, you are on some sort of mad 'Julie & Julia'-like quest to master the cuisine of a foreign nation.
