Simple and concise information on how to help you employees become more successful. The reference to the classic work gives you a hint as to the methodology; attributes that are cultivated and focused can often lead to the results you are trying to achieve as a manager. This is a very good series of books that make issues in management very approachable for the non MBA.

Precise way of putting things about thought processes of managers. Though it is an old case study, it is relevant today also.
