Yes, I read this for my Con Law class. No, I would not have sought it out otherwise - and that's unfortunate. Chemerinsky does an excellent job at synthesizing constitutional law issues, and making them easier to understand. In the age of SCOTUSblog and 24/7 media coverage, this reference book would be a boon to anyone with more than just a passing interest in constitutional issues.
