It was an ok story. I'm a big fan of smut but I found myself thinking if moisture flows from this bitch's core one more time I'm going to toss my kindle out the window!

I have read all 4 of these stories as separate books. So I think this box set is the deal of a lifetime. All 4 books are rich and decadent, filled with toe curling love scenes and strong hero's and heroine's.
Grey's Lady
Set in Regency Era America, Beth is as wanton as they come, she is not a lady like others. I bought this based on the high number of 5 star reviews on amazon, and have to wonder if we were all reading the same book. I normally read England based Regency stories, of all types from "sweet" to "steaming", but this is set in the US, which may have coloured my opinions somewhat. If you prefer your stories US based this might have more appeal for you. That said however, there are some very specific issues I had with this book which caused me to give it such a the low rating, and none are down to it's setting.

For the most part well-written, however weigh plot and characters more heavily-- and the main characters (particularly in Emily's Seduction) were incredibly inconsitent and annoying. Also the author commits deus ex machina in each story and my lord I'd never seen that done by an author so explicitly before. And I get this is erotic fiction, but the myriad of sex scenes became redundant and if I skipped a section, I would have only missed out on the same argument the author gives us OVER and OVER again. I get it, he's insecure about his past but he loves her but CAN'T be with her and oh she loves him but she WON'T give up her art or ever marry but oh look wetness seeping down my leg I must love him and therefore capuitulate my pride. Yeah, I almost gave up reading this many times. I'm not a fan of stories that only offer weak-willed/minded protagonists, especially ones that initially present themselves to be independent, strong, and forward-thinking.

Sexy, Enjoyable Wild Heartfelt Ride
I absolutely both duets in this anthology. Grey and Betsy's story is such a fun, interesting read. Emily and Alex face Alex's painful past. Both stories are really well written. The sex scenes are awesome. The stories are so heartfelt and we'll written.

Great storyline
Wow what can I say...awesome amazing story full of intense togetherness Alex and Emily through their relationship...with so much going on between themselves and all the drama they still managed to sexually enjoy each other's company with BSDM getting into it....again exciting humorous sexy smutty just a WOW factor awesomeness ALPHA maleness OOOH so good wish I was I of the characters in this book ....I think you have achieved all of the storyline makes each reading intoxication of the book...THANKS so much looking forward to your next series of books that jerks with bubble and squeak. Hot and steamy read with amazing stories.
This collection was so good. It is really 2 stories broken up across four books. My advice would be to read the second story first as they take place first in the timeline and we get to meet many characters from the first two stories. Things make a lot more sense and it feels a little backwards to read them as they are set up. All the stories in the book have such depth, and though they are long, they are very fast paced. Super steamy and satisfying. Love them.

Not bad
These our fairly long books. Two. Excerpts from others. They really were pretty good. At times tedious. Same thoughts the same words over and over and over.
I found myself skipping through paragraphs. I just got tired of those portions. Beating a horse to death could some these times up and it happened quite a lot throughout the book. Not my favorite. I did enjoy reading these stories though.

If you’re a fan of the Historical Romance genre, this set is a must-have. If you’ve never read, or think the genre is not for you – this set is a must-have! I own each of these individual books, and the author never fails to deliver stories that are not only full of erotic and sensual discovery and awakenings, but also of emotions - and the psychological impact of those emotions. Characters seem nearly broken to the point of no return, but it’s the faith, trust and love of another that allows self-healing…and the ability to fully return that love.
In “Grey’s Lady” and “White Lace and Promises” we meet Asahel de Grijs Sexton and Elizabeth McConnell – Grey and Beth – the perfect storm of couples. He is one of the richest men in the country, and she works in her brother’s shoe shop and plays piano in a music hall. What is meant to be a one and done afternoon carriage romp, escalates over a short time – in spite of either of them! LOL! The emotional pain of both their pasts lend to both their controlling natures. This is the norm for Grey since regardless of class, the Victorian mindset landed on Plymouth Rock too! But as a woman, Beth has little or no control over anything…except her own body. She creates her little afternoon play times with wealthy men she chooses...and she walks away. Even if they beg or promise to financially support her, she declines and remains firm. This is how she exercises the Power of Beth. Until she and Grey meet.
Theirs is a relationship that is nearly impossible, but could work if Beth would just see things Grey’s way and be “reasonable.” That is so not going to happen if Beth has HER way. The battle of wills can be exhausting at times, especially when you realize they each put the power struggle ahead of everything – including their love for each other. But it’s Beth who has the edge when she stands up to Grey not for herself, but for those she cares about.
Add in a cast of characters that includes poorer relations, richer relations, busybodies, sad mistresses and fake friends, and you will start on page one of “Grey’s Lady” and not come up for air until the last page of “White Lace & Promises!”

I have always had a love for historical romances and once I found out that there were some authors that wrote spicier stories, I was sold. I loved everything about this story, especially how Beth, the heroine, pretty much takes her own path, albeit somewhat secretly and goes after what she wants. And she wants Grey, she asks him for a ride home and he certainly takes her for a ride, in a most delicious way. Grey also finds himself besotted by the lovely Beth.
Can they make a relationship work, after spending some scorching night together, can Grey make Beth believe that she can let go and not always be the one in control especially during intimate moments. He has his work cut out for him because she doesn’t believe that there is a happily ever after for her…
Grey is such a charismatic character and so sexy, he also know what he wants and will do just about anything to get Beth back in his life. Beth doesn’t think that she can have love in her life, after being jilted, it’s hard to imagine that someone else can want her forever…such a pair these two are. I totally fell in love with these characters.

Loved this collection. A fascinating peep into the lives of the haves and have-nots in Regency America. I loved the interaction between the two couples featured in these novels, Beth and Grey, and Emily and Alex. They are from completely different worlds and these differences at times seem insurmountable. I loved that although they were obviously VERY compatible sexually, this wasn't enough. The obstacles that each had to overcome for any chance of a HAE, came at them from all sides. Both couples had prejudices and hangups and issues, and had to work hard at trying to see and, more importantly, accept the other's point of view, not always very successfully. A society where certain things are never discussed, threw yet another spanner in the works. However, love is worth fighting for and despite a rather rocky journey for both couples, the destination was very much worth it. Highly recommended

If you ADORE diverse characters that actually have interesting stories to tell along with off-the-charts steamy romance then this set of books is for you! I
I have always been a fan of historical romance novels and this series did not disappoint I have to say I have never read one quite as steamy as this set so if you are looking for sizzling hot, you've picked the right set!
I was particularly impressed with the storylines that were very creative and kept my interest in seeing the outcome! The array of characters were equally fascinating, from lovable to detestable!
The writing style was wonderful, transporting you back in time with such finesse that you could easily visualize each scene as if you were there!
I will definitely be reading more by this talented author!

The Wild, Wicked and Wanton: A Hot Historical Romance Bundle by Natasha Blackthorne, set in Regency Era America, definitely lives up to its name!
I bought the set in 2022 and had it in my TBR list, reading each book over time and finally finished it (the slowness was on my part due to a busy work/life schedule) - I'm so glad I read the set and love the flow of the writing, the delicate eroticism - tastefully written, and the fact that the characters have their flaws: makes them all the more human, especially in relationships.
My favorite story was Grey's Lady. There's something I like very much about Beth: her independent nature, and she speaks her mind and takes action.
I highly recommend this set to book lovers who enjoy highly steamy and emotional romances set in the Regency era.

What an awesome collection! All are fast paced, passion filled with a bit of mystery, and suspense. A Wanton lovers dream! I absolutely loved these stories. What an awesome collection! Fans of Historical Romance, Erotic Romance, romance with mystery, and suspense, will enjoy this collection. As well as fans of stories with a bit of spanking, and bondage, etc. Ms. Blackthorne keeps the reader engaged, spellbound, intrigued, interested and turning pages.
Reader beware: Does contain some explicit language, sexual scenes, heartbreaking stories which are heartwarming intriguing and very interesting!! A must read and a definite keeper! Another highly recommended collection!

I got through the stories of Beth and Grey and I can't do this anymore, so this review is just about the first two books. These books were just so bad that I can't even give the other ones a fair shot at the moment. The writing isn't terrible, the characters had promise, but the story is just complete shit- especially in regards to book 2. Back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. It reminded me of when my son went through this phase of screaming, "You hate me!" every time I fussed at him for everything. It was annoying in a small child, it's obnoxious in what is supposed to be a grown-ass woman and man. And then a baby comes and saves it all? Seriously? That didn't even work in my brother's first marriage.

Exhilarating
What an absolute compelling book. Could not put it down! All four books held me captivated! The stories were so intense! Dark secrets that crush the person inside to find that they are not as horrendous to the ones that love them!

Okay reaf
If it wasn't for the first two books this bundle would have gotten a 3. The first two books was really good. I couldn't put it down but the last two books I had to force myself to finish. I felt like this author was dragging the book.

Good
It was a very interesting story, with a new spin on sex I've read in a while. But some where, the women were a bit weak & easy. They should have been more stronger.
