2.5 yaş civarında favori kitaplarımızdan. İleri yaşlarda hikayenin detayları daha iyi anlaşılabilir ama şu an bile keçinin huysuzluğu ilgimizi çok çekiyor.

This book introduces the characters which include Sam, Poppy, Gertie the goat, ted, rusty. The book is based on a farm in which Sam, Poppy, and Ted wanting to clean Gertie the goats shed yet they find it difficult to clean due to Gertie being grumpy. It takes them many attempts to convince Gertie to leave her shed, the ideas that they came up with were bread, grass, dressed up as farmer ted and rope which in the end Gertie the goat ran after Sam and Poppy that led to her leaving her shed. Once Sam and Poppy had managed to clean Gertie the goats shed, they were still grumpy until they checked on Gertie the next day. When checking on Gertie the next day, Sam and Poppy saw that Gertie had a kid (baby goat) leading to them discovering that Gertie is not grumpy anymore.

Another fun Usbourne book with a gentle fun sorry with its own thoughtful bits and challenging bit together with the rubber duckling hunt! Interesting ending - launched us into a big explanation about the hormonal imbalances of pregnant affecting one's mood and the need to nest!
