Time: A Philosophical Look at Its Meaning and Mien

Rate this book
What impacts life pretty much more than anything else? The great majority of people would pipe up with ‘time.’ Its scarcity, its variability, its importance, its connection with all the things at the core of life. This book is a series of ‘mini-essays’ of thoughts and reflections about time. As the world gets busier and world crises loom larger, one’s relation to time and insights about the subject become ever more pertinent. The book argues that human life naturally relates to a whole of time, not to fragmented versions of it. It also makes the case that life is transformed, or can be transformed, by an appreciation of time and its intimacy with the invigoration of life.
