Andy Martin is a financial advisor, money manager, poet, boxer and docent. His multi-faceted life perspective yields an entertaining and imminently readable look at the world of investing.

His philosophy that “Risk does not equal reward” but that “risk equals risk” is a foundational premise for securing long-term financial independence. For anyone looking for an “angle”, I’m happy to say you can stop straining your eyes and brain. It’s really simple, and it involves easy math....well, and discipline.

This is the book for you if you like playing odds that are actually in your favor. And if you know little-to-nothing about investing, and would like to know more, this is one of the most approachable explanations of investing that I’ve encountered. Highly recommended for investors of all acumen.
