Kojou, having learned both the secret of Itogami Island and Eustach's true goals, agonizes over the right thing to do even as Eustach presses his attack on the keystone gate. Are the lives of the island's citizens more important than this strange new justice? Either way, their fate is in Kojou's hands!
The third volume is filled with beautiful artwork. It takes up a bit of the volume to finish the first arc, which makes it unique since in my prior experience, usually two manga volumes equal roughly one volume of the light novel that they are adapting (for those adapting one, that is).
As I said, the artwork is simply gorgeous, and makes this one of my fave mangas so far because of it. Some of the plot is slightly different, due, I think, to the artwork making it work in their differences. I can't praise the artwork enough.
I really enjoyed this volume and can't wait to rad volume four when it comes out. That volume gives us more of Sayaka, who we only had a few shots of in this volume.
It appears this volume finishes the first novel. Himeragi returns as Koujo's Watcher.
There is a scene starting chapter 14, where is character that looks like one of Koujo's teacher is fighting some sort of tiger. She mentions needing to prepare lessons for the next day.
Someone else has their sights on Koujo. Feels like he can't catch a break.
The story continues of Himeragi and Koujo, watcher and vampire. It continues right after the second volume, both Himeragi and Koujo fight to save the island from a powerful enemy set on revenge and destroying and killing. The art is good and easy to follow. Happy reading!
