I love to garden, try new recipes, take lots of pictures, and occasionally I enjoy a glass of wine with dear friends. I’ve never jumped out of a plane, climbed Mt. Everest, or seen the Northern Lights of Alaska. But, I have danced in the rain, sent a message in a bottle, and I’ve rode my motorcycle down The Pacific Coast Highway on sunny California days!

My first fiction novel “Bishop Street” is coming out July 2013. This story is about four powerful friendships that begin at Bishop Street Orphanage. It continues with lies and deceit after they leave at eighteen. Then, twenty years later, redemption plays out and ultimately the strength that got them through their childhood becomes the catalyst that binds them back together.
My passion of writing has lead me on the most amazing journey. Now, my focus is on fiction. I thrive on developing strong storylines that showcase today’s contemporary lifestyles. Rags to riches, Robinhood, and surviving the odds, seems to be my one common denominator that showcases my fascinating and diverse characters.

I read this, Rene's first book, as a paperback way back in 2008 which I believe I might still have tucked away somewhere in my apartment.
Searching4MrRight.com is a pure personal account of the author's personal life following a divorce and years of living alone until a friend urged to try online dating. She finally did follow this person's advice, the results of which can be read in her book.
Who can't recall the horrors of the dates you had, many of which you'd sooner forget, before getting married for the first. For the dates you can recall, didn't you give each one of those dates a label of sort to "remember" them by. If you did and you can relate to what Rene had experienced when she decided to re-enter the dating and doing the same thing. Read this book, and see how many of her dates had been similar to ones you had experienced yourself.
Searching4MrRight.com is a fun read, which for some might be hard to put down.

this is a funny and sometimes bittersweet story about one woman who, after a divorce, experienced the online dating scene.
This book is well written and has a humorous look at the author's funny, dangerous and sometimes sad adventures.
I'm looking forward to her sequel.
