The name might make it a look like a book for children but I'll suggest it for the adults and late teenagers mostly. To learn how to draw cartoon from a book will require an investment of time and commitment which is not appropriate for children. But if I leave this side, which I should, this is an excellent work.

Good choice for anyone aspiring to be an artist.

would suggest to gift it to your kids, if they "spoil" your walls by their creativity
