Great introduction to calisthenics! Love the video references as well. It really helps for getting the form down correctly when performing the exercises!

Interesting workout plan. I ended up just doing my own, but with the exercises that were provided. Also it's great that there are video links to each exercise so that you can see what the correct form is supposed to look like!

Collection of video links

This book is nothing more than a collection of 12 YouTube video links. Instead of reading this book, better to spend that time on YouTube.
