Just superb explains all types of techniques in detailed manner for pro memory sport people it is a very good book and for detailed mastery over memory techniques. Reading this with moonwalking with Einstein is nice. It is similar to memory book the classic guide but more detailed. For starters that book is good. But this book is not that visual and if you have read unlimited memory book then it is almost like that with some more details that's it.

A good book for basic learning techniques but you have to revise those techniques time and again. This book basically tells that brain stores images much better than words , so overall you have to connect data with images and then store for longer retaining of the information.

An average book , can teach you a couple of things but not everything written might be of your utilization. So , grasp what's useful foe you and your career prospects and let everything else go .

This was the best book that I read on memory training. I was trying to find a book that clearly explains how to use memory palace or mental models like memory mapping but no-one was explaining with practical examples. I have read almost four books on a memory before I stumbled upon this book And I am so glad I did. In this modern era of globalization, information is power and the knowledge-based services sector is envied the most and paid well. So if you’re able to crunch numbers and process information faster than average people, you’re demanded the most. But ever since people started relying on computers and storage devices to store information and not on their own memory, People have literally degraded their ability to store a vast amount of information.

Every book talks about memory mapping or peg system or memory palace but rarely give any practical examples which was so annoying for me. I have read five books on memory training and they all talked a big game however failed to train when it comes to practicality. Thank god that this book existed.

I couldn't give ratings to this one, it's a tutionic guide , hopefully it will be very useful to follow it, i never know how many will end up succeeding in becoming an memory master , it's an very great handbook, how ever all memory training books and talks complies about a simple thing named "memory palace" one who can expert in building memory palace can succeed easily in becoming an memory master. I wish I had read this book years ago. It is super practical and easy to read. I have already started implementing the memorizing techniques daily and have seen great results.

However, I did come across a few unsupported claims in the book, particularly regarding ADHD and brain function. These claims are not the main focus of the book, but it would be better if the authors refrained from mentioning something they are not specialized in. Additionally, I noticed several typos, mistranslations, and even repeating paragraphs in the book which was quite surprising. Although there may be edited versions of the book available, I am not sure how the book was published without proper double-checking.

This was very drawly, not very to the point, and not for any good, it explains the methods, but is incredibly bloated, wouldn't recommend reading this book for mnemonics. A better book would be something like Moonwalking With Einstien by Foer Joshua. I gave it 2 stars because it did give me some of the knowledge I wanted, not very well, and would simply be better off reading just Foer's book if you had to choose. It was also formatted badly, and was very Indian, and made many references that predicated on you know these things, like Indian politicians, states, etcetera, which made it harder to parse.

A nice book to have on a checklist for people ever-hungry to increase their knowledge and especially store 'em.

Most of it was related to toddler stuff, periodic table, countries-capitals..A good find for them, but can't share their joy in this. Already past that.

Though, it does have mnemonics for biology, the college level so, shall let you guys know about that in the future.

Wonderful book with various methods of memorizing names,numbers,list of items,dates,etc.
Explained in a lucid way but yes we need lot of practice to memorize these methods :)
Some of the methods are really helping me a lot. Strongly recommend if you want to memorize anything and gain confidence.
