The Billionaire's Deal: The Complete Story

Rate this book
A scorching hot new adult romance

Kat Wilder is totally screwed. At only twenty-one, she's resigned to one seriously bleak future. Waiting tables barely supports her only family, her sister, and she's got no luck finding a better job. With no money or time for school, she has no chance at a better life.

Then she meets Blake. The billionaire tech CEO is a lifeline. An arrogant, controlling, impossible to read lifeline. He wants something from Kat and he'll do whatever it takes to get it.

He offers Kat a deal-- a few months of her life for a few hundred thousand dollars. All she has to do is play his girlfriend and convince everyone that she's madly in love with him.

It's Blake's way, Blake's terms, Blake utterly in control.

She tells herself it's only business. But the part between them that matters-- the two of them alone, her giving in to everything he wants-- that part is strictly personal.

The Billionaire's Deal is a four episode new adult romance serial featuring an inexperienced yet feisty heroine and a protective alpha billionaire hero. This is the complete story.

Stay tuned for the bonus Blake and Kat holiday story, The Billionaire's Christmas, coming November 2015 and for The Billionaire's Need, coming December 2015 and following Lizzy and her alpha billionaire.

So this one really didn't work for me. I had to push myself to finish it and the only reason I even bothered to do that was because I got it as an ARC. I did not like anyone in this book except for maybe Meryl, Blake's mom who we didn't get enough scenes with in my opinion.

Let's start with the storyline, I'm not going to say much about it because it's one that's been done a lot. Billionaire needs fake girlfriend, plucks an average girl off the streets and tells her he'll make all her money troubles go away for a few months of her time. Now I didn't mind that it was a plot that I've read before...a lot..I usually like that storyline when its done well.

Truthfully though what really made it impossible for me to like the book was the two main characters. Kat was so freaking wishy-washing, "He's bad for me, I want him, but he's bad for me, but I love him, but he's bad for me" Make up your mind and grow a backbone and stick to your guns. And Blake was such a flat character, we know like 3 things about him by the end of the book and I had no connection to him at all. And really the thing that killed it for me was the sex scenes, they were weird. During ever sex scene Blake would dig his nails into Kat's skin. It made me super uncomfortable and didn't come off as 'erotic play' like I think the author was aiming for. I really didn't like it, and I've read some out there stuff but I was wincing every time he did it.

This one had the potential to be good it just didn't work for me. I can see other people liking it though, so don't let my review scare you away. Just let Blake's nails do that...

Blake and Kat are turning up the heat. The limo scenes are def my favorite :). Love it

Episode 1
"Don't make me insist," he says.

Blake's voice is commanding. "You
shouldn't walk on that."
"That's none of your business."
"I bumped into you. That makes your
injury my responsibility."
"Nope, my ankle, my responsibility." My
fists curl into tiny balls. Who the hell does
this guy think he is? "Whatever your noble
intentions are, I'm not a damsel, and I'm not
in distress. So mind your own damn
business." I take a faster step. The pain isn't
so bad. I've dealt with far worse.
"Kat. Wait."
Fat chance.

Episode 2
He tugs at my dress, lifting my ass so he
can slide it to my feet. "You remember the
safe word?"
"Yes."

He nods to a glass of water. I roll my
eyes but I drink the entire glass.
"Don't do that," he says.
"Follow your instructions?"
"Roll your eyes."
"Or what? Will you punish me for being
bad?"

"I almost had a heart attack when Blake
asked me to change our plans," Declan says.
"They get the point." Blake pulls out my
chair for me.
I sit. "Have you ever met one of Blake's
girlfriends?"
"Blake has never had a girlfriend."
Declan shoots Blake a wink. "Maybe not
even a girl-space-friend. You should have
seen him in college. He was eighteen or
nineteen by the time I met him. Not as
handsome as I am, but not bad."

Episode 3
"If I was looking to fall in love, it would
be with you." His hand brushes my cheek.

He takes my hand. "It made me stronger.
You lost parents who loved you. You lost
something real. But it made you stronger."

A tear rolls down my eye. "It's not about
her. I love Blake. I'm in love with Blake."

Episode 4
"I tried to deny it. That possibility of
never seeing you again cut me some place
I've never hurt before. That would have been
the worst mistake of my life." He slides his
hand around my waist. "I love you. Madly.
Truly."

Blake runs his fingertips over my chin,
tilting it so we're eye to eye. "I love you."
I press my lips to his. "I love you, too."

My last few books didn't really hit my reading sweet spot, so I'm thrilled that this book has reset my reading streak! I read all four parts at once as part of this complete story rather than when they were released separately (not a fan of that). For me, it kept me in the story and it flowed seamlessly.

This story is fairly simple and straightforward. Blake needs a fake girlfriend . Kat's parents died when she was 18 and she gave up her own dreams to raise her sister. Kat needs money to pay the mortgage and tuition bills so her sister can attend college. They literally bump into each other and there's an immediate attraction.

I liked that Kat was a bit stubborn and always self-sufficient. In no way was she ever a gold digger or ever taking advantage of Blake. If anything it might have been more Blake taking advantage of Kat. Of course you know it's going to happen (and it's why you bought the book), but Kat falls in love with the handsome and stinking rich billionaire who will never let himself love anyone. There's a lot more that rounds out this classic type of story with Blake's complicated family and Kat's sister, Lizzy (who I think is in the next book).

Overall, I really enjoyed the book. I needed a story where I knew exactly where it was going, the anticipation of the unrequited "I love you" moment and then the satisfying HEA. Oh, and this has a lot of sex. They really get it on. A lot. I may have skimmed a bit because I really needed that unrequited moment for some reason.

The book is told solely from Kat's point of view, but according to the end of the book there's a link to read a short from Blake's pov, which I'm clicking now.

*I received a copy of this book for an honest review.*

First off Thank you so much Crystal for bringing this book to my attention! I absolutely fail in LOVE with Blake and Kat. Blake is the billionaire CEO who is in search of a woman to be his fake girlfriend in help of bettering his reputation. Kat is the luck waitress who runs smack into Blake on her way out of an interview. Little does Kat know that running into Blake will help her with all her financial issues.

This book was so unlike all the other Billionaire books. BOTH Blake and Kat have legit non-selfish reason's for needing the others help. Their reason's had my heart breaking.

So if you are looking for a well written hot billionaire book please give The Billionaire's deal a try. I fell in love with this book right from the very first sentence and just couldn't put it down. Need more Blake and Kat!!

Love will find a way!

This is a story of a chance encounter quickly becoming something more. I was intrigued by the arrangement between Kat and Blake, and I couldn't wait to see how their relationship evolved from "business" to "pleasure."

I liked that Kat was (mostly) level-headed and made sure to remind herself that her arrangement with Blake was strictly platonic. Blake also kept himself detached...or did he?

At times, the love scenes sort of killed it for me. Not that they weren't steamy, but the timing of them in concurrence with depressing events or Kat's frame of mind immediately prior had them seeming a bit crass.

But, overall, I enjoyed the whole "Cinderella" feel the story had, and I'm looking forward to reading the next installment!

I keep getting tricked into reading these books thinking they're romances and then SURPRISE EROTICA!

Ugh. Sexy times are good and all that, but the problem with the erotica I've run into so far is they tend to be 90% sex at the expense of actual story. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense, as long as the author can fit some sex in.

I actually found this book entertaining and read up to the end of Chapter Two, at which point it very suddenly--without warning--leaped into voyeuristic phone sex/ masturbation, and she turned from being this independent, supposedly smart character to a wilting lily who obeys his sudden sexual commands over speaker phone just because.

I read The Billionaire's Deal in one seating! I love this cliché story of one being hired by another and they end up falling in love, specially if it’s a historical romance! If you’re looking for a good billionaire story, this is it.

However, I had trouble relating to Katrina as she was pretty rude sometimes. Let me tell you that I’m very tired of alpha males lately, but Blake won me over! Sex scenes were very repetitive and I found myself skipping them around - what is probably the 4th part.

I really didn't like Blake. He was a little too much like a Dom wanna-be. I'm not saying he was hot and all alpha sexy, but just not much else there. Kat and her sister, Lizzy, were great. I'm glad Kat held out for everything. Tears were shed for his mom, but his sister I just wanted to smack upside the head. Now his buddy, Declan, I want to know more about.

Wow. Wow. Wow!! You think when you've read about one Billionaire you've read them all but that is not the deal.
The deal is Blake is one hot billionaire that will change not only his own life but the life of Kat.

Kat has a sad story to tell now looking after her younger sister, making sure she stays on the right path and studies hard so she has more options in life.
She works very hard trying to pay the bills and always looking for better paid jobs. Waitressing doesn't pay a lot of money but she's surviving, just.
Kat has a lovely personality, very caring, always putting others first. This girl needs some tending loving care herself.

Blake is your typical billionaire, dominate alpha male. He is completely dangerous for Kat not in the physical sense but emotionally she is heading for heart break. He is so closed off, he might as well hibernate in his office for all eternity. He has not had an easy life as we find out when reading this book. Blake's mother, Meryl had an awful marriage and this definitely had an impact on him while growing up. His sister, Fiona well I kind of don't like her, she has an awful personality, making Kat uncomfortable at every opportunity. She also is living through a dreadful marriage but still no excuse for her behaviour.

Blake offers Kat a job and it's no nine to five office job. She has a lot to think about. Wanting to give her sister the best life she must consider everything he is offering her. Money is the root of all evil, isn't that what people say, along with money makes the world go round, both these are so very true. Money can solve many problems but also it can be the cause of so many. People that have money never think about what they need because to them it's a want but people who are less fortunate think about what they need not want. Kat is thinking about what she and her sister need while Blake is thinking about what he wants.

Kat is looking for the fairy tale life, she's not that naïve where she thinks it will ever happen but a girl can still dream. She has never been in love, she never went to college, she hasn't had time really with looking after her sister. If anyone deserves a great life it's Kat.

I enjoyed reading Kat and Blake's story. There was laughter and sadness. The characters are described brilliantly. My image of Blake is now engrained in my mind ready for some sweet dreams tonight.

Thank you for sharing Blake. I would love to hear more.

Stars: 4

Overall: Kat is walking out of a job interview that she didn't get, when she literately runs into one of the most handsome men she has ever seen. Blake helps her out after she twists her ankle and asks that she calls in a day or so to let him know how she is doing. Well Kat decides that she is not calling him and he shows up at her job and makes her a proposal that she can't turn down. Her parents died three years prior and she is willing to do about anything to make sure that her sister is taken care of and they don't loose the apartment. Blake and Kat make terms for their "relationship" and now begins the lie. Over the course of two and a half months, Kat starts to get to know Blake while helping him out and she starts to fall for him, even though he has a no love policy. In the end with good advice, she decides that he is either 100% in or nothing. It takes a little time, but in the end with help from Meryl and Lizzy they get their HEA. There is not too much drama in this book, it's more of a woman with a closed off heart and a man that feels the same way, finally opening up their hearts to feel what true love is.

Pros: I loved Kat and her attitude. She is the type of person that stands at the plate ready and waiting for the next challenge, even if it seems impossible. There was just something really likeable and relate able about her. Blake on the other hand took me a little while to like him. He was closed off and only open when they were having sex. The sex scenes were off the chart hot, but I felt the author used the word pang A LOT. Lizzy, Meryl and Fiona were excellent side characters and added that much needed extra drama/push the story needed. My favorite part had to be the very last chapter. There was just something magical about the way Blake did a 180 for Kat.

Cons: I'm having a really hard time connecting with the story because it feels like other stories that I have read before. It's really well written, but some of the sex scenes and different situations seem similar to other books. Other than that I really enjoyed the story.

Characters: Kat & Blake

Series Cont: I'm not sure, but I don't think so

Episode one; the encounter of Blake and Kat is typical (billionaire male knocks over poor girl & offers indecent proposal)
Blake is blasé, timid, aloof but intriguing.
Kat is determined, strong-willed, and inundated with her life's direction. She becomes scattered, overwhelmed, feeble with Blake's intensity.
Their individual family values, solidarity locks them into a contract & interpersonal relationship...
Their sexual encounters are steamy but very detached (in this episode). The story ends with a cliffhanger that is not expected and draws you into reading the next episode!

Episode two
exasperating, provocative, but steamy and sizzling! More of a understanding, compassionate relationship forms. The family values, structure, sincerity, & virtues are powerful creating the indecent proposal to become romantic and enchanting!
This episode ends with a cliffhanger leaving you screaming...

Episode three
Holding your breath, frozen, drawn in, and completely captivated! The love for family creates this entangled love story; filled with compassion, lust, betrayal, friendship, & love!
Another cliffhanger leaves you with blurry vision & grabbing tissues....

Episode four
Begins with despondency feeling, but the tenacious women stand strong! Honesty and trustworthy powerful friendships are bonded!
Then the emotional roller coaster continues...
Pain, sorrow, and disappointment continues... (screaming while reading)
The declaration of feelings is short, fast, & irksome! The epilogue shows the compassion, love, trust, heartwarming romance. I wish the epilogue was the final chapter & there was more of a "real" relationship written of Blake and Kat (maybe a novella is needed with more *hint hint*)

This story is an enjoyable slide into a paradise where the billionaire's feeling are locked down tight and the heroine slips into a situation that she can't turn down. There were parts of this story I absolutely adored - especially when Blake's eyes showed a little vulnerability or any scene with Meryl, Blake's mother. I loved that woman with a fierce passion.

However, there were parts that also faltered for me. Lots of repetition had me skipping over some words and skimming some scenes. And I literally grimaced everytime Kat got turned on and Blake touched her as I was anticipating the phrase "Wow. Wow. Wow." to fall from her thoughts. Because it happened everytime. It became a bit much. The ending was also a bit meh to me - I wished that the author didn't skip over a very important week I would have loved to read about and then things wrapped up so quickly I almost suffered whiplash.

Notwithstanding those issues, this story will definitely satisfy any billionaire craving. The typical poor girl makes deal with sexy, rich man trope is a winner for a reason - I just can't stop myself from loving this stuff and I don't want to. Despite my hangups, I smiled and cringed at the ups and downs, and almost shed a tear at some of the sweeter moments (that's a big deal for me!). Blake's a billionaire whose pocketbook isn't the only thing I'd like to get into ;) Sexy and fun, on the whole this baby gets three stars!

5 Series Stars if I could give it 6 stars I would

I was given this series for my honest review

This is the 4th book in this series and should be read in order.

I can feel Blake staring at me, examining me, but I press on. “I was a stupid teenager. Life felt long. I couldn’t wait until I’d finally graduate high school, then college. I couldn’t wait to be independent. Funny how quickly I became independent.” Kat

What can I say about this series. Amazing, sensual, dynamic, heart-stopping, hot, and all around amazing. This book from start to finish held my attention and kept me rooting for the both to make it in the end. I couldn't keep my from putting this book down and not many books do that for me but this one just had my nose pressed to the kindle not coming out till the last word was read.

To the author this read was amazing. Blake the alpha male was intense and sizzling. Kat was just so shy but sarcastic in all the right places. Kudos

I can't wait to read more from this author.

Happy Reading

This story reminds me of a Pretty Woman story meets Fifty Shades kind of book. This was just an okay read for me. Knowing she cares for the hero, the heroine still agrees to his deal of getting money to pretend to be in love with him and getting married to him for his dying mother. Only the plan starts to falter when she falls in love with him and the guilt starts to eat at her. The hero is a dominant and has difficulty showing his emotions. After a few bumps in the road, they both finally get what they want and their happy ending. I could feel the connection between them.

This book was free on Amazon. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It was just ok.

What I liked:
* It was a sweet story, and a quick read.
* The plot itself was good (I do love a marriage of convenience plot)
* I liked Blake and I loved his mother Meryl

What I didn't like:
* I just didn't feel the connection between the two main characters.
* I didn't particularly like Kat
* I never felt like Blake had truly opened up to Kat. I would have liked to have seen a more dramatic change in the characters.

The writing itself wasn't bad, it more the characters and their lack of connection that I struggled with so I would probably read another book by this author.

I really really loved this book.
Blake was a little too emotion-less for my liking but i still loved his character.
I loved Kat and her sister too. I didn't like Fiona at all.

The story overall was great. In some scenes I desperately wanted a POV of Blake but it was fine. I loved this series and the epilogue was very sweet.

I would definitely recommend it. :)

I received this free eARC novel from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Ever since Kat's parents died in a car accident, Kat has not had a break in life. She has had to take care of her younger sister, Lizzy, and find a way to support both of themselves. Kat wasn't able to go to college or enjoy the last few days in high school, but instead has been struggling to find a good job to help pay the bills and the house mortage. Basically, at 18, she had to grow up really quickly and really wants a chance to get caught up in life.

When she bumps into Blake outside of a terrible job interview, Kat doesn't know what she is in for. Because Blake is a billionaire who has a proposition for her: he wants her to be his fake girlfriend. His mom is dying, and he wants her to think that Blake is happy in love before she dies. Blake is willing to pay a lot of money for this fake relationship, and sadly Kat is in a position where she is willing to lie to strangers to get that money to help pay for Lizzy's college tuition and other important things.

So Kat gets all primped and primed for her new life at a girlfriend of a billionaire, but things go differently than she expected. For example, her job decides to fire her because of all of the attention she is getting and now people are just hounding her workplace waiting to talk to her.

Things are going pretty well for Kat, plus the sex with Blake is fantastic. But soon Kat realizes she wants more for her future, and being in a fake relationship is starting to take a toll on her. She is going to have to make some tough decisions soon about what she wants in life.

This book was okay for me. I definitely love New Adult and erotica, and this book definitely had both, but it was a little disconnected for me to really enjoy. I don't know, the characters were a little stiff for me, plus we all know that Blake won't fall in love, so he was very distant and so serious all of the time.

I did feel for Kat that she had to go through all of that heartbreak at such a young age and figure out how to be an adult when she should have had years of fun and being young still. And to have to be the legal guardian of her younger sister so they wouldn't get separated would be so gut wrenching to go from a big sister to a parent figure.

So I was very happy that she was the lucky girl who Blake decided to go with this ruse, but she is not made for the life of the rich and famous and disconnected. And she went from working two jobs to being on call for social events and gatherings. That is a lot to take in because she was always running around, and now she is bored out of her mind.

This book was just okay. I've read better books of the same story, so it was a refresher of the New Adult genre. I am glad that I got the complete story rather than parts of it, and I'm very glad that I got this an an eARC to experience the story.

Ok wow Hot just finish reading this book and I have to say that I love it. Yes I love it I couldn't put the book down, I am going to keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

So the story begging with Kat she is twenty one year old and she is taking care of her sister, she is a waitress and she just got out of a job interview while she did not see where she was walking she bump into some one and end up on the floor. That's when she see who the person is he is one sexy man that goes by the name of Blake. After that day Blake show up at her job and made her an offer that she couldn't refuse. But what they both where not expecting was for their feelings to get in the way.

I love it how Blake and Kat are with each other. Love it how Blake is with Kat and how he always hide his feeling for her. Love it how Kat surrounded to Blake and the Sex Scene are Hot.

Kat's parents died in a car accident when she was 18 and she has been responsible for her 15 year old sister Lizzy ever since. She has been working as a waitress to make ends meet and try and meet her goal of sending Lizzie to college so Lizzie can have a better life. On her way out of an office job interview, she bumps into Blake. Blake can see that she is desperate for a job, and he just happens to need a pretend girlfriend. So he offers to pay for Lizzie's school and pay off her mortgage if she'll agree to be his girlfriend and pretend to be madly in love with him. Anything that happens in the bedroom is because she wants it and it can't ever go anywhere because Blake is incapable of love.

WOW ... talk about sex scenes ... they are HOT! There were a few places that I would have liked to know what was going on in Blake's head ... why he made the choices he did. Sometimes I just wanted to shake Kat and tell her to leave him in the dust because he didn't deserve her ... and isn't that the signs of a good book when you get emotionally involved. Can't wait for 2nd book (Lizzy's) in the series.

Starts with Kat and Blake's story (rewrite called Dirty Deal) .... Blake needs help from Kat by her pretending to be his one love and show Blakes mother that she has nothing to worry about, shes dying and he wants to lesson her worry. Not everything goes to plan and falling in love is something that wasnt taken in to consideration. Fav story ..... What can I say, This follows on from Kat and Blake's story and is about her younger sister Lizzie. Kat gave up her future to make sure Lizzie has the best in life after the loss of their parents in a car accident and nearly losing Lizzie too shes very over protective and parental. Nick and Lizzie's story starts as a one night fling, then Lizzie gets an interview for a job working in A.I. with the best programmer in New York (or silicone valley!) Phoenix is everything a girl could want, panty melting hot and hot between the sheets too, and hes also Nick! This book is a fab hot read and deffo recommended!! I have read all of Crystal Kaswell's books and she never fails to drag you into the book! Again loved it!!

For the sake of not ruining your read, I will be reviewing each episode separately, so if you don't want spoilers don't read all the through.

If you were given the opportunity to make a difference to your lowly life by taking a "job" or an agreement to pretend to be in a loving relationship with someone you barely know for more money than you knew what to with, would you do it? This is the story of billionaire Blake Sterling and poor girl Kat Wilder. One chance encounter, one opportunity for a life she could only imagine and one HUGE LIE, now they just to convince everyone what they have is real... Easy right? hhmmm no, not when feelings play a huge role...

This series will have you laughing, crying, hating, blushing and gasping with each character that brings a new dimension to this story at every turn.

EPISODE 1.
Running rating 4 stars

This is a great start to what I hope is a very good story... I love a book that jumps all in from that 1st page, Episode 1 of The Billionaires Deal really does jump right in...

We meet main characters Kat Wilder and Blake Sterling. Blake is CEO of Sterling Enterprises and is gorgeous, rich and can have any woman he wants. Kat is the complete opposite, her life is crappy, she struggles to keep up with all the bills that come with looking after your younger sister. While looking for a new job, she literally runs into a wall of muscle, that wall was Blake Sterling. Concerned and over bearing Blake makes Kat a deal she cannot refuse.

Easy, pretend to be his girlfriend, be madly in love, have all her bills paid and a scholarship for her sister. It seems so easy, until way to quickly feelings make themselves known. Kat must push them away, the looks he gives are all fake, just like their "relationship".

EPISODE 2.

I really enjoyed the 1st part of this story, and although I'm enjoying it overall, there are a couple of issues I can't seem to get over. The author has a love of uses words over and over wow, wow, wow.... I'm struggling to handle it. Maybe a personal thing but just puting it out there.

Anyway back to Blake and Kat, at the end of episode 1 I was super surprised to witness his proposal of marriage, all of a sudden a pretend girlfriend has just got a lot more intense. Now thrust into the limelight of Blake's world has Kat without a job, coming clean with her sister, meeting Blake's mother and sister and now a shotgun wedding to end all.

It is clear that the "relationship" is not just an out for a crappy life for Kat, she has never been in love but her pretend love with Blake is showing its real feelings, but it all seems very one sided. I jeep waiting for Blake to declare that he has feelings for Kat, but his stoney features and constant working keeps her at bay... I'm hopeful he is not a total jackass, and that he will eventually give in to sweet Kat.

Maybe, just maybe episode 3 will shed a little more light into a twisted, dominant man that loves his control.

EPISODE 3
Running review 3 stars.

Finally it seems things are on track for Blake and Kat, their incredibly hot sexual relationship hits a new high but with the constant reminder of a fake romance and fake wedding moving full force has Kat questioning whether this whole thing is a good idea. As she falls more for a stoic billionaire, his presence is calm and in control. It doesn't matter what Kat does or says he won't be deterred from the task at hand. Marry before his mother dies...

It is really a very sad way at looking at a relationship between two people, that have feelings, one happy to admit, the other hell bent on refusing anything but caring, and if course uber hot, make your cheeks pink sex. Blake and Kat may not have the conventional loving relationship, but it is clear that more will come of it. I'm a little concerned it won't come out and there won't be the happy ever after I really want for Kat more than Blake, he is a bit of a jackass.

Once again this episode ends on yet another cliffhanger, and now I question the whole organised fake relationship and marriage.... And what about Kat? So now back to the final part.

FINAL EPISODE NUMBER 4
overall review 4 most awesome stars.

I dove straight into the last part of the billionaires deal, end of part 3 had me on edge. I had to know if there was a forever after for Kat and Blake. And I'm happy to say that it was everything I had hoped although not without more heartbreaking dramas within their fake love filled relationship.

After finding out that Blake's mother is not expected to survive everything comes to the forefront not much gets passed this gorgeous woman, who really melted my heart, she really did steal the limelight during her scenes in the story. Unlike most mothers that have money are normally old, bitter and downright mean to the women in their sons lives. Meryl was just so sweet, and really took to Kat, she even changes her will to include Kat so if the sham marriage to Blake didn't go ahead she could still go the college she really wanted without returning to her old crappy life.

So when Meryl passes away, it is the kick in the ass Kat needs to lay it all on the table with Blake, his "I care for you" attitude no longer cuts it, she tells him she loves him and unless he can say it back she will walk away ftom him forever, as hard as that will be. Her world is thrown in her face when his stoic gives nothing away including his lack of words - the ones she needs to hear.

Without ruining the whole ending I'll leave you with this... It is not what you expect but what you don't expect that can make or break your dreams.

This book has potential. I don't think we find out enough about Blake. There's just no backstory to him. Every time someone starts to mention his background, they decide it's better off left in the past. NOT IT'S NOT!!!!

Kat. Jeez. Make up your mind. You want him, you don't want him. You love him, you can't love him. Oy. Pick something and stick to your guns, girlie!!!

Blake's mother Meryl. She's a peach and loveable, but she's hardly in any scenes. I think we could have done with less of his sister and more of his mother.

Kat's sister. She's cute, but pouty. She wants to be grown up, but she acts like a secretive brat sometimes.

I didn't know that Kat's sister had her own story, and I read that one first, LOL. Now I understand that book a little better.

I loved reading the fabulous and fantastic romance story written by the fabulously talented Crystal Kaswell. I voluntarily reviewed a copy.
Blake's mom is dying and he needs a fake fiance' and wife quickly. When he meets Kat, he talks her into being his fake fiance' with a lucrative offer and a full paid scholarship for Kat's sister. Blake is so good at pretending that Kat can't stop herself from falling for Blake. Can Kat really marry someone who will end up divorcing her and leaving her heart in pieces?
Read the highly recommended, captivating and engaging story line, and wonderfully written love story of Kat and Blake.

Blah, blah, blah

I enjoyed the story, but I didn't connect when reading it. I read the entire book hoping it would have gotten better but it did not. I have read alot of alpha male romance- Blake wasnt it. I felt this story was more for newbie readers just getting into reading dirty novels. What annoyed me most of all are the the author many usage of words......excited, excited, excited- when not necessary. The sexual encounters could have been much more steamy if both party got to participate and not just one. There was nothing alpha about Blake at all, other than his money.

The billionaire's Deal

Kat lost her parents 3 years ago and was left with her 15 year old sister at the young age of 18. While leaving an interview for the job she didn't get, she bumps into a man and twisted her ankle. The guy is gorgeous. He tried to help her but she is independent. His name is Blake. He gives her his business card and tells her to call him if she doesn't get better. Two days later at her waitressing job, Blake is there with a proposal. Act like his girlfriend and her mortgage and sisters college will be paid in full. But, he will never fall in love with her, he doesn't believe in love. Will Kat accept the offer? Great read.

The billionairs, deal!!
A lovely billionairs romance!!
Maybe the best one I ever red up till now!
One which is a page turner and it got me into reading every spare minute available!
until the end.
One full of emotions, intrigues, atrraction, lust! heat!love!
But the books is strong and valueble because of its deep psychological character
which makes the book for me splendid! or to say of great level!
two great characters in the head roles in Kate and Blake makes the plot well and so doesw the story at its own!
I can only say! crystal ,please more if this!!
