There is a good cognitive distortion exercise, they are calling the mirror exercise. The rest is meh... Has a culty vibe. But I listened to the audio book version. I think they were going for a mystical feel with the narration, when they could have just made it shorter. I would check out the "Escaping Twin Flames" documentary on Netflix. There are actual better spritual text out there, find those.

****Don’t read this book, it will ruin your life, watch Netflix and Prime documentaries on their cult instead. ****I only finished this book because I’ve had to abandon so many boring books this year and I’m behind on my goal and this torturous piece of shit, was short enough to get through. Worst book I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading, but there are a few words of wisdom sprinkled in here and there that they probably got from other legitimate spiritual teachers. Not worth it though. So redundant and boring even if it wasn’t a cult book. Also…. If this guy said “juicy” one more fucking time!!!!

Jeff needs to calm down, he's very immature and full of himself. Not sure he have learned anything from his spiritual journey... It was such a cringe and uncomfortable reading his part.
Anyway, the book has taught me absoulotly nothing new, the only part I liked is the Mirror Exercise and it was taught to them by someone else (not originally their idea)
oh well... (rolling my eyes into another dimension)

I didn't like the book very much. All of those things I already knew and I don't see how can you really KNOW someone is your real or fake twin flame. So basically it can be anyone. But it is easy to read and I like mirror work that is described in a book.

After watching the Netflix documentary, I was hoping for an entertaining cult-propaganda read. This book is certainly ridiculous (as expected), but it’s so poorly written that it’s basically unreadable. Stick to L. Ron Hubbard if you want to laugh at some cult chatter.

Este libro sirve de abreboca al camino que muchas personas están transitando, en relaciones divinas, uniones de Llamas Gemelas, el contenido está bien, aunque me gustaría que tuviera un glosario de términos, también están mal cortadas las palabras, es un error típico de traducciones del Inglés al español y montaje en In Design, sin la experiencia real de las normas ortográficas del español, sin embargo, el contenido es valioso por lo que uno aparta y disminuye el tema de la ortografía.
Si estás en una situación de Llamas Gemelas debes leerte este libro.
