In Book Two of The Billionaire Brotherhood, Dylan Bradford’s arrival in East Langden, Maine, shakes up the quaint seaside town. The daredevil son of a wealthy political family indicates that he plans to renovate a recently inherited property. Dylan’s true purpose is to determine the heritage of a local man claiming to be his half-brother.
Reeling from a break-up with her unfaithful fiancé, pediatrician Gracie O’Donnell returns home to help her grandparents open their B&B for the summer. As luck would have it, she’s the first person in town to encounter the charismatic Bradford family heir. Despite her fascination with the charming playboy, the sensible doctor is wary of his plan to discredit her best friend’s claim. Gracie’s lifelong loyalties and principles are tested by her desire for the billionaire bachelor.
Believing they can ignore their attraction to one another, Dylan and Gracie set their differences aside to determine the truth about Dylan’s family. While exposing deadly secrets and a decades-old scandal, the couple manage to evade danger and dare to fall in love.
From the first time I read a Nancy Drew mystery as a child, I’ve been an avid reader and occasional writer. After marrying the man of my dreams and giving birth to the world’s two best children, I spent many years as a wife and mother with an interesting variety of nine-to-five jobs. Eventually, the desire to create my own stories took over.
As a member of the Romance Writers of America and OVRWA, the local affiliated chapter, I took my time learning my craft, developing my skills, and laboring over every word, sentence, and paragraph of more than eight completed manuscripts. As an unpublished author, it was my great honor to be named a six-time Golden Heart™ Finalist and two-time Golden Heart™ winner by RWA.
Finally giving in to the desire to make my publishing dreams come true, I ditched the full-time job in order to self-publish the kind of stories I like to read and write. What kind is that? Fresh, flirty, and fun contemporaries about strong women who deal with relatable situations in familiar settings. I hope that’s the kind of story you like, too.
Dylan Bradford was at a point in his life where pain and tragedy were what led him through his life. Also the reason he and his best friends formed “The Brotherhood.” These were guys of money and power but knew heartache all too well and figured that no matter what they would be there for each other even though Wyatt was the unknown to Ryan and Dylan since the two of them went to highschool together. He just fit in with their sense of self and those around them. They, because they could, became the boys of the extreme. Extreme sports extreme women, and extreme work and travel. But for Dylan his mother’s death brings him to a new understanding of something that might just be missing, love and family. It was what his father and mother had before his father awful death. It’s what his sister Faith and her husband have now. Home and family is something to think about hard were his passing thoughts. That thought though is short lived at the end of the meeting with their mother’s lawyer. Stating that his mother knew and discouraged years ago the allegations that their father had fathered an illegitimate child. She wanted to make sure they preserved their father’s good name. So now Dylan was on his way to the cabin to investigate this for himself. It’s raining when on the last leg of his journey his GPS goes haywire and he is stopped by someone in the road. It turns out to be Dr. Gracie O’Donnell and she looks like a drowned rat. She asks for a ride to “The Liberty House” her grandparents B & B. He says yes but not right away, but for directions to his family’s cabin. Right then she knows why he’s there. You see she is good friends with Dr. Clayton Harris. He is the one that is claiming to be the child of Lana and Dylan’s father. He asks off the cuff if she knows Clayton. She says yes she knows Dr. Harris. He had no clue about him being a doctor. She said that the man that raised him after Lana disappeared was her stepfather. His investigation just got more interesting. Although Gracie thought he was sexier than hell all the tabloids told of all his escapades. She gives directions but also states off the cuff yeah may not be up to your standards. Sure enough 20 minutes or so minutes later he’s back begging for a room. She says no that they are not open for business yet. Then her grandmother comes to the door and invites him in for homemade clam chowder. He ends up at the motel for only one night then begs and barters his way into staying for the week before the place opens up even helping with the painting. Which don’t forget he’s rich and never done anything for himself. Gracie starts having an effect on him of which he can’t place the feeling. Come and see this relationship of friendship and maybe more evolve. Gracie fears being left behind, Dylan fears love as a whole and being trapped or failing, and then you have the whole mystery of who is Clayton’s father and who killed or did she just vanish? Not to mention who tried to kill Dylan and almost killed Gracie too? Will Dylan stand for it regardless of who it is? Will Clayton ever find love? I give this 5 stars. There was so much going on but this author was so able to keep all the balls in the air and not make you feel cheated in any way. Provided by netgalley.com. Follow us at: www.1rad-readerreviews.com
Three wealthy and handsome young men, Dylan, Ryan and Wyatt, discover a brotherly friendship due to the 9/11 tragedy. A road trip across the country to ensure that their respective families are safe, only solidifies their newfound brotherhood. Fifteen years later they are still good friends, and count on each other during the tough times. Daring Dylan by Jacie Floyd, is about Dylan Bradford, a slightly famous investment guru who recently lost his mother. At the reading of her will, Dylan and his sister Natalie find out that they inherited their family's cabin in the small town of East Langden, Maine, where their father died under mysterious circumstances many years ago. In addition, they learn that physician Clayton Harris, also from East Langden, has claimed to be a Bradford. As a result, Dylan decides to fly to Maine to check out the cabin and do a little investigating of his own.
Pediatrician Gracie O’Donnell is Clayton's best friend from childhood. Due to her grandfather's hip injury, she takes a leave of absence from her medical practice to help her grandmother open their B&B. Accidentally meeting Dylan turns her life upside down, as they come together in friendship, lust and love. Since Gracie is well-liked by everyone in town, she is able to help Dylan dig for information, while Dylan attempts to figure out his father's past and disprove Clayton's paternity claim. Not only is Gracie smart and beautiful, she also has an uncanny ability to calm those around her. Gracie likes Dylan for Dylan, not for his money, contacts, or chance to be discovered.
Whew, there is a lot going on in this book and Ms. Floyd does a wonderful job of keeping the plot flowing and exciting. I am not a mystery lover, however, this story grabbed and kept my attention from beginning to end. Ms. Floyd nicely develops the main characters, and as a result, I felt that I got to know them quite well. In addition, I found many of the secondary characters to be very interesting. Dylan and Gracie are good together, challenge each other, and have amazing sexual chemistry. It takes them a little while to "do the deed" because they are constantly interrupted during their sexy times. Sensuality is what Dylan and Gracie are all about.
The various mysteries are solved by the book's end, as Dylan and Gracie's relationship evolves into true love. Ms. Floyd's ending is perfect for this story and I could not stop myself from smiling as I read the last chapter and epilogue. I can't wait to read book three in the Billionaire Brotherhood series.

When a man is desperate and has needs he's not afraid to lay it on the line so his woman can understand, "you say stop, we stop. But nothing else in this world will keep me from having you right here, right now. Not raccoons, fires, acts of God, atomic bombs, or even your grandmother at your door will be able to distract me." Dylan is such a poet at times, "nope," he assured her, rubbing his palm against her tummy. "The only difference will be in timing. If you're knocked up, I want to get married next week. If you're not, we can wait until next month." I really liked this book and Dylan.
Dylan Bradford has returned to East Langden, Maine to clear his family's good name and prove that a local doctors claims of being his half-brother are nothing more than a small town rumor. He doesn't want to believe that his father was capable of caring on a double life and having a mistress on the side, but when he sees the good doctor in person he begins to question everything he has ever been told about his father...
Gracie O'Donnell is in dire need of a break, and some time away from the big city, so she sets out for a visit to her small hometown. After learning her fiance has been cheating on her, she dumps him and decides a stay at her grandparents B&B is just what her heart needs to heal and help her move on.
These two never expected that a stay in the little town would bring them closer to the one thing that they both needed in their lives the most...love! Their road to discovering each other though is a bumpy one, filled with lots of unexpected discoveries, and sprinkled with lots of mystery!
I have to say that this is my favorite installment in the series so far... I am still anxiously awaiting a certain handsome football players story though! I loved reading about Gracie and Dylan, and watching their story unfold, they had undeniable chemistry right from the start, and it burned brightly the whole way through! I loved the mystery aspect of the story line, it had me guessing until the very end, and kept me up until the wee hours of the morning just to finish it! Ms. Floyd has another winner on her hands with this one!! Highly recommend you meet the men of the Billionaire Brotherhood, they are sure to satisfy all your reading needs...and have you blushing a time or two!!

Wow I just finished this book and I loved it this book was a definite 5* for me.
The opening to this story was incredibly poignant the book begins with the Aftermath of 9/11 and Dylan starts out on an unlikely journey of friendship with 2 others stranded at the airport whilst they try to get home. They became the billionaire brother hood Dylan's is the 2nd book in the trilogy and I read it as a stand alone I have however added the first in the trilogy Winning Wyatt to my TBR based on my enjoyment of Daring. Dylan.
This was a story that had it all love lust a 20 year old mysterious disappearance and a possible illegitimate brother. Dylan Bradford is the son of a powerful political family and has it all until his mother dies then his world starts to slowly crash around his ears as he begins to investigate a possible half brother he starts to doubt the foundations of family that his life has been built on. Determined to prove that he has no brother Dylan heads off to investigate and ends up meeting Gracie his potential brothers best friend.
I was hooked from the 1st chapter but don't want to give the whole book away this book had more twists and turns than spaghetti junction. Daring Dylan isn't just about the romance between Dylan and Gracie although that plays a big part it's not the total story. however if I say more I will give it all away and I don't want to needless to say since finishing up the book I have looked into other books by Jacie Floyd and can't wait to read more. Check it out if you enjoy a fast paced book with plot twists galore.
I loved Gracie and Dylan together. Gracie is a sassy, no nonsense kind of girl. She’s been recently burned, and understandably hesitant to jump into another relationship. I enjoyed watching their relationship develop. I also enjoyed Gracie’s grandparents who were a stabilizing factor in her life. The mysteries are solved by the end of the book.
There are several typos in the book which cause me to give this book 4 stars.
Daring Dylan is the second book in the Billionaire Brotherhood series. It has a special place in my heart because it was the first one of my manuscripts to win a Golden Heart for Best Single Title Romance. This award is presented by the Romance Writers of America to unpublished authors. I was thrilled and honored to win it! And honestly, I made very few changes to the manuscript after the win. Of course, I updated it to reflect current technology, but Dylan and Gracie are very much the same as I originally imagined them. I wanted Dylan to be a larger-than-life son of a famous and wealthy political family who doesn't believe he's destined for happily-ever-after until he meets the kind of smart and sassy real woman who will bring out the best in him. Brilliant and independent Gracie O'Donnell needs him, too, although she's not about to make it easy for him. The attraction is there immediately, but they have to put aside their initial reactions to one another and solve a decades old mystery and right some old wrongs before they can find the happiness they deserve.
Totally different for the first book, lovely characters.
Dylan n Natalie, they maybe trust fund baby but they r not spoiled. Gracie, not a rich girl n got her own success under hard working.
Women may in love men in power, money. A long time ago family affairs created blackmails, secrets, murders, people were die, Dylan's father, Clay's mother n unborn sibling. also brings Dylan into the life of Gracie n Clay.
Better than the first!! This book isn't just a romance, but a who did it as well! Really enjoyed the read, but was left with one burning question at the end...is she or isn't she?! I would definitely recommend this book and has already bookmarked the third to get when it comes out in January. Four starts due to editing (not unreadable and you can figure out what the author is trying to say)
