Goodreads should have a "quit reading, didn't like" button, because I didn't read this entire set. I made it 7 chapters into the first book and lost interest. I didn't want to spend any more time inside the main character's head and it didn't seem like I'd be getting out of there anytime soon.

Don't waste the time. Good premise for a story but the writer is committed to "fluff"...and endless instances of people sitting and drinking wine and throwing around the money issues. Would be more interesting if it had been presented in real life....normal people...real problems not always solved with money. Very tiresome ...no interest in even finding out "the rest of the story".....struggled to stay awake during the first 6. I could see this .....with an editor....being a good ONE book if all the unnecessary fluff could get dumped out of it.

A Family Built by Love

The Legacy Series is a six novel set. The first book is about Arianna, a 22year old who loved to drive after convertible playing opera music loudly. The subsequent novels are about the people who loved Arianna, and whose love for her helped them form a family of sorts. These "family" members included Arizona's best friend Blu, Blu's daughter Jemma, Gigi,,Douglas, and Lia. Each of the next gems centers on the life of one or more of these people special to Arianna, revealing many things that had been held secret for many years. This series was well written, with characters that were true to life. Highly recommend this series about a family built by live!

Completely spellbinding, entertaining, and wishing I were Jenna or Issabella. Hard to put down, found myself reading well into the morning jokes. Anyone who likes the thought of an adventure will thoroughly enjoy the series. I feel that the author has captured each of her characters as real life people.

Completely spellbinding, entertaining, and wishing I were any or the characters. Hard to put down, found myself reading into the morning hours. Anyone who likes the thought of an adventure will be sure to enjoy the series. I look forward to reading more of the authors books.

Entertaining series of books

This is a multi-generational series that encompasses the many different ways that families can be formed. I enjoyed the books so much that I read the entire series without switching to something else. I started when I had pneumonia, and I was glad to have something so entertaining and diverting to read. The characters are likeable and sympathetic. I continuously wanted to know what would happen to them next.

Great read!

This Legacy Series Books 1 - 6 was recommended to me by a good friend who loves to read more than I do...and I've been an avid reader since my Mother introduced me to books as a child! I absolutely loved this book and the characters in it. Be prepared for smiles, giggles and tears along the way. If you are contemplating purchasing this book, do it. You won't be sorry. Enjoy!

Legacy Series is wonderful. These books will make you laugh and cry as you become part of characters lives. There are very few books that I feel this way about. I was so excited to find out that Paula Kay continues the series with A Map for Bella Books 1-4. If you want a great series that is sweet and clean you have found it. Just don't forget to have tissues handy.

Needs better editing

There are quite a few typos and I'm assuming English as a second language errors. The author also could use better transitions from one thought (day in the life of a character) to another. They are rather abrupt.

Great story lines, but the issues above made it a sloppy read.

This is a fabulous work of a very special writer. It was very difficult to set aside when I had other things to do. Don't think I have shed so many tears when reading anything in a very long time. Extremely enjoyable.

I had a hard time when I began reading this series because the flow isn’t there. The writing style isn’t/wasn’t enjoyable to me, but I persevered and kind of got sucked into the story about all these women. I ended up enjoying the stories even though the style of the writing isn’t exactly my cup of tea.

Joys and tears - a wonderful combination!

What a ride - getting to know these wells crafted characters has been like meeting new friends. Locations came alive through the eyes of Ari and Lia as well as many of the other participants. Can't wait to find out how the journey continues and how the friends brought to life in these pages shape their stories.

A feel good book!

Sometimes the storyline was a little slow, but the author still made you feel like you wanted to know what happened to all of the characters. They were all woven together so nicely in the series. Happy endings are always a good read :)

I enjoy series as I like to have a story that continues on. I like to take the time invested in the characters to have it carry from book to book. Each book is stand alone and doesn't blather on about previous story lines too.much. They all move along quickly for an enjoyable read.

Get ready for hugs and kisses

Easy reading. If all of life’s problems could be resolved with a hug and a kiss then I guess this is the book for you. A bit to easygoing for my usual tastes, but it might be just what you’re looking for. Friends and family based story lines!
