Picked this book at a public library nearby the place I work as the main material to prepare myself to take the MOS- 77-731 exam.

This book would take you step by step (as the title suggest) in how to use Microsoft Outlook 2016 at home and also in the business environment (at an advanced user level). You will learn to manage email messages, calendar, manage contacts list, notes, and tasks lists. The language is easy to understand. In my opinion can be easily read for someone who is using Outlook for the first time.

I certainly enjoyed and learned quite a lot from Joan's book. I walk out with decent core knowledge in how to use Outlook 2016 as a powerful tool for email, and management.

Soon, I will post a review and summary of what I learned and liked the most about each chapter stay tuned.. or shoot me a message for a link.
