Mr. Bertagna's "The Hockey Coaching Bible" is a nicely detailed, easy to follow, and well-written guide to the basics of coaching hockey. It's been a while since my undergraduate courses in youth coaching and this guide provides a nice refresher to a lot of the information and principles regarding coaching that were covered in those courses. I would highly recommend this guide to anyone working with hockey teams, from coaches themselves to parents of players in youth leagues who are interested in the basics. Overall, I would rate this guide a 4.7 out of 5.
