Learnt quite a lot about wines. I know I'll never be an expert, but at least I have a much better idea as to figuring out my personal flavor profile, ideas for pairing different wines better with my meals, and seeking out new flavors next time I'm perusing the bottles in my local spirits shop. Very informative in a very easy to follow writing style. Beautiful pictures chosen as well. Hoping to impress my friends with a wine tasting post-Covid now~
