In order to catch a charismatic, powerful Manhattan commodities broker suspected of murder, the police recruit the daughter of a well-respected cop to go undercover to smoke him out. Original.
My review should really be 4/1 because the set up is pretty good, I was really getting into the story, but the last 20 pages read as if the editor says "Okay, that's 290 pages, wrap it up". I will read another of the author's books to see if she worked it out, but if you're not invested in a satisfactory ending, it's a pretty good read.
