I rated it a 2 star because it wasn't a book I chose to read for fun. This was a school book and entailed a lot of detailed information pertaining to business law. It gave a lot of great examples of real life situations in specific types of cases. Just a very heavy book with mass amounts of information.

Decent textbook. It definitely could be updated, revised, and made more clear.
