Sheridan A. Morley (5 December 1941 − 16 February 2007) was an English author, biographer, critic and broadcaster. He was the official biographer of Sir John Gielgud and wrote biographies of many other theatrical figures he had known, including Noël Coward.

Morley was the eldest son of actor Robert Morley and grandson, via his mother Joan Buckmaster, of the actress Dame Gladys Cooper.

It was absolutely wonderful and incredibly charming! I adored Sheridan Morely’s tone and the way he described every major part of Audrey’s life. This is a MUST read if you love Audrey!

I’ve been a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn since I was a teen. But, it wasn’t until I was an adult (and learned more about her as a person) that I realized her incredible strength, generosity of spirit, humility, and deep love of people—especially children.

I didn't enjoy the author's rather snarky remarks about other Hollywood film stars but I enjoyed learning more about my beloved Audrey.

As a huge Audrey fan, I have a number of different books about her life. All are very enjoyable and all look at her from different angles. I loved this book.
