Bought this years ago after hearing her talk. I love to dip into it for the wonderful humor - so many examples of so many kinds, and many conditions - home, work, religion. Unfortunately for those who don't read German, I don't think this is published in English or other languages.

These jokes are really funny, and by this I mean really. The book, beyond such an asset, provides a revealing glimpse of the world its content comes from, which will in particular have been the Austro-Hungarian monarchy.

Viel besser als andere Witzesammlungen.
Sonst sind höchstens ~ 10 % der Witze lustig, hier geht’s gegen 50 %.
Es gibt eine recht lange Einleitung. Die habe ich mir geschenkt. »Der jüdische Witz und seine Soziologie«. Bestimmt gut recherchiert &c., aber nicht mein Ding.
