I borrowed Barely In Time ~ Connor & Rebecca from Kindle Unlimited Program.
Rebecca Sanderson, jilted kindergarten teacher returns to New Hampshire to see Connor Jacoby, grizzly bear shifter and owner of the kayaking company that she took a trip on the week before. She arrives early and sees Connor with a beautiful red haired girl and jumps to the conclusion he is a player and she returns to Mark, her cheating ex.
Connor doesn't understand what he did wrong when Rebecca doesn't show up when planned and blocks all his calls to her. The story is based on a big misunderstanding when they both think the other doesn't want them.
Bearly In Time she runs from the wedding and finds Connor to find a happy ending for them and the entire series.

Wow! Kim Fox has dazzled her readers yet again with Bearly in Time, the fourth and final release in her fun-filled Werebears of New Hampshire Series and I absolutely love it! It is quite simply a brilliant conclusion for an absolutely amazing series. These are just the cutest, sweetest, funniest, sexiest and most heartwarming stories ever! But be forewarned - they will tickle your funny bone and tug at your heartstrings and you'll be a fan for life! The narrative is exceptionally well written in the third person with alternating his and her points of view from the hero and heroine of the book. The dialogue is smart, snappy and flows effortlessly. The characters are fascinating, engaging, endearing and simply fabulous. I found myself completely enthralled by this group of hilariously captivating characters. Although this story is a bit more of a tear-jerker than the previous three tales, Kim still manages to squeeze in quite a few chuckles and giggles for her readers. I began sniffing on the first page and by the time I reached the end of the first chapter, I couldn't hold back my tears. What can I say? I'm a very emotional reader! My heart broke for both Connor and Rebecca and I sobbed through most of the book, that is, when I wasn't shaking my fist in anger. But never fear, Kim never lets us down and always finishes her story with a wonderful happy ending. I love it when a great book like this one invokes so many different emotions and I think I experienced them all while reading this book. This story has a perfect combination of drama, humor, heartbreaking angst, heartwarming romance and of course, good old fashioned bear bonding and dreamy sex! And Kim even sneaks in another great life lesson in this story, one that my Father also taught me: Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see - looks can sometimes be very deceiving. Although this story can be read as a standalone novella, I would highly recommend reading the previous three books in the series but if you can't, at least read the first book in the series, Bearly Breathing, which is where we're introduced to this wonderful cast of characters and of course, where we first meet werebear Connor Jacoby and beautiful kindergarten teacher Rebecca Sanderson.
It had been a little over two months since Rebecca Sanderson won a free weekend kayaking getaway from Brooke Excursions located in the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. Becka had invited her two best friends, Angie Hawkins and Grace Briggs along on the trip and all three set out for the adventure of a lifetime. Their exciting getaway at Brookes Excursions quickly turned into a nightmare when their outing was interrupted by a dangerous kayaking accident and a violent storm resulting in the girls each being separated and then stranded overnight with one of their handsome guides. Oh no! And each of their guides were hunky werebears! Oh yes! So, naturally they hooked up! Oh my! Rebecca had been rescued by hunky grizzly bear-shifter Connor Jacoby who also happens to be the owner of Brooke Excursions. Rebecca was immediately attracted to handsome Connor and Connor seemed to be quite taken with Rebecca as well. A week later, Rebecca finds herself once again making the trip from Manhattan to New Hampshire to see her new beau Connor. She had decided to surprise Connor by arriving a day early which in hindsight may have been a mistake because what she saw broke her heart. She ended up being the one surprised. Seeing Connor with another woman had hurt so much more than when she discovered her fiance, Mark, had been having an affair. She was completely devastated with nowhere to go except back to the apartment she had once shared with Mark. Now, here she sits, back in Manhattan and only five more days until she marries her cheating fiance who claims it had all been just a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding? Not! But why did she ever think a handsome bear-shifter like Connor could ever love her? She isn't smart like Angie or beautiful like Grace. He has no idea and Rebecca refuses to tell Grace or Angie why she changed her mind. Connor is a broken man. He would spend the rest of his life in misery mourning the loss of his mate but he has to at least see her one more time. Maybe if he sees her in her wedding dress and happy, it could at least give him and his bear some closure. Oh my! Poor Connor! What a mess! Will Connor and Becka find their way back to each other or will Becka marry Mark? No spoilers from me but I will say this....Handsome grizzly bear-shifter with a broken heart-check! Beautiful kindergarten teacher who should never believe what she thinks she sees-check! A cheating fiance and a very unhappy scheduled wedding-check! Heartbreaking angst and an unfortunate misunderstanding-check! Sweet romance, a few bundles of joy, several happy endings and some good old fashioned bear bonding-you bet! Oh, and did I forget to mention dreamy sex? Well, duh? It is a Kim Fox story after all, so yeah, that's included! That and a whole lot more! Deliciously cute and fabulously entertaining!

I am sorry to say Rebecca was so totally immature and cowardly in this book.
Seeing Connor with another woman she just takes off and gets back with the cheating ex fiancé, instead of confronting Connor and shouting in his face. She does this not once but twice.
Thus follows a silly story that annoyed me.
Connor was being all 'as long as she is happy' but it felt weak.
Why did Grace and Angie not pin her down about things instead of letting her pull the respect my wishes crap? They could have told her about Roxie.
Even better, Rebecca then does a runaway bride, can't even stand up for herself and admit she made a mistake.
Epilogue was good though.
Seeing Connor with another woman she just takes off and gets back with the cheating ex fiancé, instead of confronting Connor and shouting in his face. She does this not once but twice.
Thus follows a silly story that annoyed me.

Rebecca was feeling down, crestfallen and heartbroken. She was going to marry Mark and he was not the one her heart and body wanted. Looking back she had been so happy returning to Brooke Excursions only to found Connor doing what?. She was thinking that men were all the same. First Mark and now Connor. Her depression had made her weak and it was easy for Mark to convince her to get back together. Connor was down, crestfallen and heartbroken too. He didn’t know why Becca didn’t want him anymore but he needed closure before he accepted his fate as a lonely bear without his mate. What a drama! Seems Rebecca didn’t know that looks are deceiving and we should not jump to conclusions easily. Silly girl! Didn’t know what she had. Connor was smart, sensitive and with the head in place. He was decided to make things good for Becca although he had lost her. That’s my type of shifter! Liked his character and how he dealt with the situation. Also liked how the author rounded the story with all the couples at the end.

Bearly in Time is Connor and Rebecca's story. It is the fourth book in the series.
Rebecca came back to Connor after their weekend together, but leaves heartbroken. She finds Connor with another girl. She runs away with talking to him and back to her ex-fiancée.
Connor has no idea Rebecca was even at New Hampshire. She will not talk with him, so he doesn't know what's going on. He finds out through her friends that she is back with her ex and the wedding is back on.
Will Connor let Rebecca get married with talking to her? Will Rebecca realize what she is giving up?
This has been a fun quick series to read with lots of laughs.

This is next book in the Werebears of New Hampshire series and is about the couple who started it all Connor and Rebecca. At the end of the last story we found out that Rebecca went back to her ex what we didn't know is why. This story gives us her reasoning and as I kind of understand her reasoning I believed that she should have confronted him. Connor I also thought should have went to her and found out. I did like how he confronted Mark at the end and how Rebecca handled Mark. The ending was perfect especially since we got to see the couple in the future. Hopefully we will get to see Connor's sister get her own HEA.

Love and misunderstandings...
This book earned a five star rating even though I wanted to punch Rebecca in the beginning. I understand the preconceived notions about cheating men, but to run back to the main one that hurt you? Oh no Rebecca, why? Rebecca after sharing a glorious night with bear shifter Connor and finding out that he imprinted her, ran off and got back with her cheating ex-fiance Mark. Why because of a misunderstanding. A must read with follow-ups of her friends Grace and Angie.

HEA for Connor and Becca
I enjoyed the final book in this series. The epilogue was very good and touched all guys and gals. Happy with it
The premise of the book was weak (Becca assumed Connor is a lying cheater but she did not confront At all). Connor is a saint. But all works out. It was too SHORT. 69 pages is silly short and hard to develop the story!! I prfer 100-120 pages.

The last in this series.
Conner can't understand why Becca has not come back to him. He has heard she is back with her ex and is going to marry him.
Becca is devastated that Conner is no different than Mark. When she returns early from her trip feeling completely lost, Mark takes her back, and convinces her to go ahead with the wedding.
No real surprises in this book. Just a beautiful love story.

Rebecca made an impulse decision when she walked upon Connor with another woman running his hands through her hair. She took that as Connor being a player and that he was messing around her and instead of confronting him she runs off and back into the arms of her ex, who actually cheated on her. She deletes Connor from her life, and resumes her engagement and almost gets married to the wrong man. At the last minute she comes to her senses and she and Connor run off into the sunset...Yay!!!

What an awesome story!! It was really good to find out what happened with Connor and Rebecca. This story was fun and really answers all of the questions. I especially loved the epilogue. It gave you a glimpse at all of the couples after five years and tied everything together really nicely. If you have read any of the books in the series, you will love this one too. It really is a must read... I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Then she sees Connor with another woman, and instead of acting like a reasonable, sane woman by asking him what's going on, she runs.
She runs straighr back to her ex - Mark, and the wedding is back on too.
Last minute though, she does a runner from the church, bumps into Connor and without further ado - Connor takes her back.
HEA, and I think I've got whiplash.

The final book in this series and my favorite one. I love all the characters and their stories and Kims writting makes you feel like you are a part of it all from lost love, new love, heartache, and some hot sexxy scenes. I was gifted this book for an honest review and I highly recommend it

Love the story of Rebecca and Conner. The misunderstanding between them was to bad. It was hilarious what Conner did to Matt the day of the wedding. Really loved how it told how all the couple's were doing.

Connor and Rebecca's story was really good. All of the werebears in this series are fantastic guys. Connor was heartbroken that Rebecca abandoned him to marry someone else. You felt his pain and were rooting him with each page turn. I hope there is a story for Roxy soon.

Connor has no idea why Rebecca is acting the way she is - not returning his calls, etc. His bear is heartbroken. Rebecca can't believe that Connor is just like every other guy in the world. Will she ever understand that looks can be deceiving?
