**THE HEART-STOPPING CONCLUSION TO THE MOB BOSS SERIES THAT BEGAN WITH RUTHLESS.**

Angel Rossi is no longer the naive girl kidnapped by Nico Vitale.

Now she’s the boss.

Yet even as she takes control of her father’s empire, she mourns the loss of Nico. Whatever the circumstances of their meeting, she was in love with him. Then Nico reappears, and Angel is too furious by his duplicity to be happy he’s back.

But when Angel is nearly killed, she’s forced to admit that someone wants her dead — and Nico, too. Soon the pair discover that a high dollar hit has been taken out on their lives by one of the only people they believed they could trust.

Now Nico and Angel are on the run, desperate to get their hands on the one thing they can trade for their lives — and maybe a chance to begin again.

4 "bring them all down" stars

After the shattering events that brought Angel to the front of taking over her family business, she's on a roll, she's cleaning the house, making it legit...and after the pain that barely seems to subside, she's on the revenge path to every. single. participant in the crime against her...and her heart.
She had made it her mission to destroy every one of them.

She's been playing the role...
Nico had changed her. Or maybe he's just shown her who she'd been all along.

But she's barely holding up, hiding behind this "mission", she's hiding the pain...
and then - voila - she discovers the TRUTH!
The things she feels now are bordering insanity, anger, pain, then thrill, passion and relief...
She wants to hit and scream but at the same time she wants to press against him, feel him, love him.
The plan is on...the action, the turn arounds, the ploy and the play wear the same outfit, were lives are at stake and roles are dubious, it will all fall down in the final showdown, when the curtain falls and all is revealed...but nothing matters more than the fact...
"I have you. That's all I need."

cause after all the "fall out" when the ultimate decisions had to be made...and the moves of action had to be done...
...they turned toward the water and their new beginning. Toward life. And each other.

Nico...
He was a warrior. He'd saved her life.
Maybe even her soul.

The conclusion of Nico and Angel's story!

These books should be read in order Fearless (Mob Boss, #2) by Michelle St. James Ruthless (Mob Boss, #1) by Michelle St. James Lawless (Mob Boss, #3) by Michelle St. James for a full experience!

DAMN good series indeed!

Hey, if the King approves...*wink*

Hmm, für mich war dieser Teil am schlechtesten. Auch wenn es ein Happy end gab. Allerdings hat mir die Action ein bisschen gefehlt und es war alles zu perfekt wie es gelaufen ist..

Diesmal ging alles Recht schnell.

Schade, hab die anderen zwei Teile besser gefunden.

Old friends and new enemies

This book is the third in series of enemies turned friends. When you move differently you attract attention good and bad. This book finds our favorite couple in a action packed adventure from Maine, to Dublin to Rome.

I wouldn’t call it a heart-stopping conclusion, it was predictable and with a hushed ending. But overall a nice read.

So in Lawless we have the conculsion of Nico's and Angel's journey. This book is so well written and the storyline keeps the reader capitvated. Nico strughles to find a way to keep Angel safe and a way for them to distance themselves from the syndicate forever. As the reader you will go to different countries and kept guessing on what the outcome is finally going to be read. On a side note so glad to see.that Luca is going to have a book of his own.

The conclusion of this series kind of lagged a little for me. I still finished it relatively quickly, but for some of it I had to force myself to read because I wanted to finish it so I could move onto something else. I enjoyed it, but not my favorite I guess.

What an amazing trilogy of two children born into the Mafia and their love story and journey out of the Mafia, free of that life. The h is Angelica Bondesan Rossi and the H is Nico Vitalli.

Mob Boss trilogy
Ruthless, Fearless and Lawless
MC h Angelica Bondesan and H Nico Vitalli.
Ruthless Blurb

Two years out of college, Angelica Bondesan spends her time working as a barista, keeping in touch with her prodigal brother, and trying to figure out how to bridge the gap with her father, a wealthy real estate developer.
But all of that changes the night she’s kidnapped. Thrown into a windowless room, Angelica is positive there’s been some kind of mistake — until she meets Nico Vitale.
Gorgeous and frightening, Nico became the boss of New York City’s Vitale crime family after the execution style murder of his parents two years earlier. Since then he’s turned the old-school mob into a sleek, modern army of ruthless men who understand that physical violence — while always an option — isn’t the only way to get what you want.
Now Angel is forced to face the truth;
Her father is not the man she believed him to be.
Nico Vitale is dangerous, possibly lethal.
She is falling in love with Nico Vitale.

The Juicy Bits
* Now I know it’s not just me who has a kink for mob bosses falling in love with ‘innocents’ and protecting them at all costs…right?? The whole plot of Nico kidnapping Angel, them falling madly in love and going head to head with the mob is my favourite thing ever and I could not put it down!
* I fell in love with all of the characters! Usually with romance/erotica novels, there’s always a sister, mother or friend who is an absoloute pain in the a** but in this book, I found all of the characters really interesting and important! I adored, ADORED Nico and Lucas and really connected with Angel.
* It didn’t take long for the spice to be added to this recipe and it was definitely HOT. The kinkier scenes were written perfectly.
* Throughout the books, either Nico or Angel recalled quotes that had been said to them at some point in their life and used them as a kind of moral compass. Somehow this added depth and rawness to these characters. My favourite quote was ‘hardening your heart only made it crack wider and more permanently when it finally did’.
* Michelle St. James is a master at switching perspectives perfectly, knowing when the reader needed Nico’s version or Angel’s version. It was amazing!

Not So Juicy Bits
* MINI SPOILER ALERT. The ending of the second book killed me…stone dead. My heart broke into a million pieces and I was furious. However, I soldiered on and my heart was wonderfully repaired again. So this complaint isn’t really a complaint but that brief moment of heartache was TORTURE and although I’d like to say the story didn’t need it, it put the cherry on top of the beautiful victoria sponge cake.
* I would encourage caution if you are triggered by rape, death or mentions of suicide as there were a couple of instances when this was present.
* As usual, I feel the ending could’ve had at least two or three more chapters to it. After working up such a powerful plot through all three books, I think the ending deserved more than a couple of pages!

Oh my goodness, the sugar and spice in this book were divine. Not only was Nico portrayed as a ruthless mob boss but also as a kind-hearted, genuine gentleman who adored Angel. The way he doted after her made my heart melt and made me wish a mob boss would knock on my door?? The spice though…absoloutely sweltering. There’s not much kink to it but it’s definitely hot, hot, hot!

This series is definitely in my top ten favourite series I’ve ever read. The plot ticks every box for me, I connected with Nico, Lucas and Angel from the start AND the sugar and spice was beautiful. I would’ve loved a little bit more kink but that’s personal preference! I want to say I’d recommend this to everyone because I want everyone to read it! But in all honesty, I would recommend Ruthless to readers who believe that love conquers all and is worth fighting everyone and everything for. This book has a beautiful mixture of edge-of-your seat action and hot under the collar romance with a happy ending! What more could you ask for?

It was a great ending to the series... Nico was not dead after all and it gave him the opportunity to figure out who was betraying him in the family and make a plan to put everything to rest.... but first he had to deal with Angelica.. and her finding out that he was not dead... she was so pissed at first and didn’t want to speak to him and Luca for a few days. But she soon got over that quickly when Nico explained to her why he did it....

Raneiro Donati was setting him up to get killed or removed
from his division as head of the western division... cause Dante was trying to take it over... that’s why he kidnapped David and cut two of his fingers off.. but!!

Now Nico is being threatened by his long time mentor Ranerio and he wants him to get what they calla Darknet file from the billionaire name Sean Murdock... it was a little scary and almost impossible... in the end Nico worked with a friend name Braden Kane that works for the FBI ... I’m trying not to give a lot away but it was an amazing ending to all three books you will not regret reading this whole series..... I do have to say my girl Angelica was a bad ass girl.. she rocked in this story....

Get them and read them they are an amazing story..

Mediocre

None of these books lived up to their titles ruthless, fearless, lawless or dark enemies. Angel and Nico became lovers very quickly in book one so who were dark enemies that became lovers after book one. Ruthless when? Fearless refers to Nick I guess but he really was not bold or courageous. He was head over heels in love so exhibited reckless behavior. Lawless because Nick went against rules of his criminal world? The rules of the syndicate don't count in polite society. Nico started strong but allowed childish, peevish Angel to throw him off his goals. Sexual gratification is a given but these two became monotonous and repetitive so I started skipping pages. Ending was very brief and unsatisfactory.

So I was close with my last prediction, however, it was more twisted in knots than even I guessed. I really loved that there was not a happy ending for all and some got away easier than should have been allowed. But I am a little upset that we do not know who all were brought down in the end. A little more info would have been nice, including the name of the last new character introduced at the end of the series.

Overall, I did love this mob story with the Alpha male and the strong but feminine female leads.

This series was great. I really enjoyed it. It seemed like the story lines and plots were always amazing and exciting, except when I got to the halfway point of this book it started to seem "Flat" and not as interesting. I just wanted to get it over. With that being said my favorite book of the series is "Book 2" and I still overall really loved this series. I will definitely be reading more from this author!

Nico and Angel have really come a long way since book one. Angel has had to come to terms with her role in the mafia that her father thrust her into. Nico has to find his way, did he want to stay with the mafia or forge a new life with Angel and leave it all behind. No one leaves, so they hard a mark on their heads. Together they find a way to leave and live a new life along with Angels brother. I enjoyed the series and the narrators were both great.

I was looking forward to this finale as I had enjoyed the first two books in the series. I was disappointed to find that I was skimming through far too many sexy scenes just to get to the story. We get it, they're hot for each other but really it just felt like padding for the book. The ending was okay but nowhere near as exciting as I thought it could have been. Also I would have liked more of the epilogue as they had worked so hard and sacrificed so much to get to this place in their lives.

Just Wow...

Lots of twists and turns in this last book of this series.

I was anxiously awaiting the resolution to Nico and Angel's problems and this didn't disappoint.

Several times I thought...okay, it'll be better for them now, but, no!

This story kept me engaged till the end.

Wow!

This is the first time I have read anything by this author. Read the series. First page of first book pulls you right in. Fast paced, action packed, romance, explicit love scenes, characters you'll love, characters you'll despise. Great series. Will be reading her other books and following author!

Wow, this was the final book and I must say that it was an adrenaline rush for me wanting to know what was going to happen next. I did enjoy this final installment with a few bumps here and there, but I made it to the end. Phenomenal series which this author wrote and look forward to reading the London series.

Ok i liked the other books in the series even thought I felt the first one was rushed but this one I just couldn’t finish because if he fakes his death for a whole 4 months I’d like to have a little bit more chapters on those 4 months instead of him just showing up like I don’t even feel choked that he didn’t die cuz I found out he was alive after 10 pages.

Full of risks

Great book with a lot of sex. The details were right on spot. Finding out Nick was alive was the best part. The ending was good with me wondering if Angel and Nick would love it die. Great series.

The epic conclusion to this trilogy. Angel shows what she’s made of when she takes over her father’s business and starts cleaning house. The saga escalates when Nico returns to discover they are both in danger. I really enjoyed this instalment and how it ended.

I hate cliffhangers but since the trilogy was finished I read them as if they were one book. This had just enough darkness, drama, and smut to keep me interested. I loved the ending and I’m looking forward to the stories of the other characters.
