The purpose Driven life, what a superb book. I was recommended this book by my boyfriend because he said it was a book that gets you thinking about changeing your life. And it did, the author has a way of relating his words to anyone and I suppose it's because of the niversal launguage through faith. Although this was a christian book, it also teaches morals. This book just got me to ask myself what could i do to make God happier and thorugh that I would make myself happier. I believe everyone who is searching for christ or searchhing to grow stronger through him should read this book. Its a 40 day lesson although I didnt read it that way. You can take notes and it has one verse after every lesson and some lesson questions. I would recopmmend to keep a journal like I did. This book really got me to think alot about my relationship with god and how much time I devote to him. I like the authors writing style. It is vert understandable and keeps you interested. I also like how much he seems to love god. I would recommend this book to any body who is of faith or maybe struggling with there faith. This author isnt a bias pator, oh yeah did I mention he was a pastor. Over all I love this book and would read other books from this author.

A nicely written book. Great applications for members of the church. It was written by someone from another faith but the principles still apply to us. He uses 15 different Bible translations. You're suppose to read this book in 40 days. I didn't stick by that plan.

Recommended by a friend - thought it might be uplifting - but like most religious reading it got into ..."if you don't believe in Jesus, you will go to Hell".

I can not possibly believe this is in line with the teachings of Jesus... or God, or Allah, or the Buddha, or any "enlightened" being.

Everyone has a purpose in God's plan. It's our job to listen to Him and figure out what that purpose is and to follow it to the best of our ability.
