This was the final instalment of this series and it was a fitting conclusion. I loved the characters and the story, although hard hitting was well written.

After finally being reunited with Kyle, Dakota and Daniel have a blissful life they’ve only ever dreamed of…

Keeping with the first two books in the series this one was another GREAT read. Don't miss reading the others in this series. All are a little dark and YES I love the dark. Dakota has some resolve with her family and her overall healing. What I really have to point out is the emotional toll her marriage had on her. The descriptive way the author portrays the character of Dakota made her a favorite of mine. I think showing her resilience was like a girl power
Moment

A big moment

Without giving away any of the plot here, I will will say the cat and mouse part of the plot was my favorite. I truly loved the author's style and the overall plot. She shows Dakota's sanity being held over a cliff by a piece of dental floss. Also, Daniel was brought into the fold again. Their past is still secret, so their bond has only continued to grow strong. He shows so much loyalty towards Dakota.

Sanity will be tested.

Revenge will be sought. The ending was HUGE!

I loved the first two books in this series and was really excited fo this final book. I found the ending to be very disappointing. An epilogue might have made it a little better.

Spoilers...

I don't like that we never got to see what happened with Kyle, Dakota, and Daniel after everything that has happened to them. Did Daniel ever see his mother again? Does Kyle ever find out the truth about Dakota and Daniel killing Daniels father? Do Dakota and Kyle get married now that John is dead? A lot of unanswered questions.

Oh my

All the book in this series are wonderfully written. I enjoy reading them. It like you're with them every step of the way. If you haven't read any of the series, please read the first book to the last. Very good.

Good

This was a good read, it is probably best read after reading the rest of the series, but it was a thrilling read.

Slightly better than the other two in series

This is still a cheesy unrealistic story but the writing has improved since the first two books so not as frustrating to read
