Struggling with stress and anxiety all my life has made me too irritable in many situations. I bought this book after an argument with someone. I was happy to see this book had cute drawings inside it that I could color in as I was thinking about the text. It's simple and helpful.

Great for angry kids, some of the words are tough but helpful for any child or adult who is wondering where their anger is coming from.

Everyone has to deal with this frightening subject; Something that threatens us and our desire for peace, comfort and a sense of well being. This short book does it very very well. Hope you enjoy its down to earth reflections and concrete suggestions as much as I did.

The book has some typos and grammatical errors especially in the foreward and the author's bio. Really good book, though.
