This is a great textbook on handling stress and healing in general. I found it difficult to read at times, but the ideas are valuable in general and while I do not agree with everything, I found it a very good read.

I got a reference to this book in Bhava ram's book (another gem).

This book covers a lot of different aspects, which affect our health. Include a lot of case studies with stories. How our subconscious mind may be affecting our health. How to practice deep relaxation to achieve better health.

How to take of different aspects which are affecting our health, which involves self-affirmation and imagery guided deep relaxation.

I will be rereading this book to get more out of it. Will update the review.
