Content is great. I would say it is a must read for anyone who's working in an organisation. But everything is told in a very dry manner. Jargons are thrown left and right, humor is sparse and no case studies or examples to make a point. Still what's inside it is worth a read.

This book constantly gives all the concepts as theory and there are very few case studies. Amit has mentioned the difference between motivational and volitional aspects of a manager and his junior parts and how they affect the performance. Excessively, the author has used thesaurus and the book is not at all appealing to read. This is due to the fact that he doesn't define things better and uses some manager jargons to present a concept in his mind.
