This volume comes in hardcover and contains 15 titles from ACK'S fable and humour series. There are the classic tales of Birbal that will make you laugh hard and yet marvel at his wisdom, tales from the Jatakas and Hitopadesha which are loaded with moral values and would serve as a great start to reading for kids.

Throughout my reading adventure, i have been laughing nonstop and marvelling at ACK's brilliant story telling method.

Histórias milenares que têm acompanhado o povo indiano e a Humanidade em geral, pois estas fábulas e contos claramente se disseminaram pelo mundo... Conseguimos reconhecer aqui matriz de diversos contos de tradição oral que sobreviveram até hoje noutras culturas... E é isso que é fantástico, a universalidade das hiatórias aqui contadas.
Os desenhos são fraquinhos, mas têm o sentido utilitarista de dar a conhecer a um público bastante alargado destas histórias de uma forma gráfica. E é pelas histórias que este livro vale a pena ser lido.
