We read a lot of math and science picture books. This book teaches the concepts of forces, but it isn't very creative. If you want to cover the topic, I think this book was better Forces Make Things Move...
This book includes key elements related to balance and motion. Give it a Push! Give it a Pull teaches about force, motion, direction and speed, friction, and changing shape. Colorful graphics and simples text makes it visually very appealing book that would interest young readers.
The copy of this book I viewed was online, so that is a great way to incorporate technology. This book explains the vocabulary that corresponds to force and magnetism is simple language and clearly labeled pictures. Because of this, the books is easy to understand and helps illustrate concepts for young learners.
