A Preview...
Combining Facts and Fiction, Barbara Collins sets to bring to life the planning and bombing of the twin tower in real time.

…On September 11, 2001, 19 militants associated with the Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda hijacked four airliners and carried out suicide attacks against targets in the United States....

Barbara's chilling narration shows us the lives of the 19 young Arabs in real time. Barbara takes us back to the Islamist extremists’ headquarters in distant Afghanistan five years before the bombing…

... Some had been in the United States for more than four years, mixing with the rest of the population... four had training as pilots, most were not well-educated. Most spoke English poorly, some hardly at all. In groups of four or five, carrying with them only small knives, box cutters, and cans of Mace or pepper spray, they had hijacked the four planes and turned them into deadly guided missiles...

This book was good overall. It contained details that brought the event back to life and made me be able to see it in my head. It was a good depiction of what really happened, to my knowledge. This book was really informative and easy to read. For me, a person who doesn't like reading, actually enjoyed this book. My favorite part of the book was when Benny got hurt playing football and his parents told him he couldn't play anymore because it was too dangerous. That was my favorite part because when I got my first concussion, my parents were scared to let me play again but I told them I wasn't scared. This book was one of the first books that I've read that gave real world details and exact times of things that happened. I would recommend this to people who likes history or want to learn about a deadly terrorist attack of the past. The last reason I liked this book was because it gave examples of what the people inside of the buildings could have been doing just before the attacks.

I liked this book a lot. It was one of those books that as a kid you can connect to this book a lot. I connected with the main character, Lucas, a lot. This book wasn't that sad. At parts i did feel sorry because of the tragic event that happens during the book, wich also occurred in real life. I also felt curious at points and wondered about about some things in the book, like if his uncle Benny was dead or not. But this book was pretty good and it reminded me about some things in life. By the way my favorite part was when Benny got hurt playing football and his parents didn’t want him to play no more because it was dagerous. That also reminded me of my life when a event happened liked that.

Essentially accurate and quick to read. My first graphic novel - not a genre that appeals to me.

two planes hit the twin towers and a lot of people died. I survived 9-11 and the author is BaThe basic is the attack on the twin towers. How some people survived the brutal attack on the twin towers. One guy screams and says,"A second plane hit!" It was really intense and very heartbreaking to the family members. A 35 year old woman took her baby to work and she worked on the 83rd floor and the plane killed them both. It was really real because it happened on September 11, 2001. It was a really sad day. It happened at 8:35 am and this guy was going to the bathroom and stopped to talk with some friends and then the planes hit and him and his friend got killed. Probably everybody will enjoy it.
