Very inspiring book. Interesting intersection between mindfulness and art therapy practices. Helpful for everyday life and methods used to reduce anxiety/depression. Explained how art therapy can be used to access trauma on deeper levels that cannot be explored in individuals who prefer non-verbal methods.
