Overall, "Colloquial Greek" is a valuable tool for those looking to grasp the basics of Greek conversation effectively.
An awful book poorly organized, and suffering greatly from that common language book bane of using vocabulary words before introducing them in previous lessons. The entire experience of reading this book entails constantly having to look up meanings for these words in glossary at back of book; and many times the word is not even found there!.. There are many other books in this language far better than this one. Greek is really not at all that difficult a language to learn. This book tries hard to make it that way. Pass on this one.
