Overall, the thing i like best about this book is that it does not sugar coat any Zodiac sign to be perfect and is very raw. At the same time, i could definitely see the authors biases, favoring some signs over and completely roasting others which is something i did not like at all (I’m a Pisces and this author clearly does not think fondly of them lol). I feel like if you are going to be an author of a book about divination, i should not be able to tell which socials you have not had a good history with... besides that, there were really good points and information about numerology and divination, and there were still many valid points made about different zodiacs overall. Even with the biases, this book opened my eyes to flaws in my birth chart that i need to be more conscious about.
I liked the way this book was organized- it was easy to find information. It also gives a lot of information on a pretty big variety of divination concepts. I learned a lot of stuff about numerology, which up to this point I didn't really consider to be something I'd be interested in. But, turns out, it's pretty interesting. Lots of info on zodiacs as well which was useful.
This indeed is a decent beginner's guide. There were several points of the book where it seemed redundant and as if there was a large word count quota trying to be met.
