I loved Flight and immediately devoured Focus as soon as I received it. Allie is starting her freshman year at college and trying to get a fresh start. Levi isn't really letting that happen. He loves Allie and wants forgiveness. I love Levi but he did do a really bad thing in Flight. I didn't think he should be forgiven easily and neither did Allie. She makes him work for it.

I was happy Allie wasn't a push over but then at the same time I was eventually getting a bit annoyed with her not giving Levi a second chance. He so clearly loves her and was really trying to make it up to her. Levi is prince of the secret paranormal society and Allie is now the princess. Allie fights it for awhile but Levi and his wings are hard to resist. I loved learning more about the paranormal society and Levi's duties. I feel like we still only barely skimmed the surface and would like to see further world building details in the next book.

Allie and Levi are so much fun together. They fight but it is always laced with sexual chemistry. I especially love one scene where Allie is thinking about sex with Levi's wings out because I have always wondered that in paranormal books! LOL I am like hmmm I think I would do some strange things...okay pulling my mind out of the gutter...Anyway I love Levi! He is protective, loyal, and awesome. Allie I would say often acts a bit rash. She isn't the most easy going girl but I like that she stands up for herself.

The ending had quite a twist that has me anxious. I worry that in the next book Allie will react poorly to the situation. She is still having difficulty trusting Levi after what he did in Flight. Peaked your curiosity about what Levi did right? If you haven't read Flight you definitely should! Find out what Levi did and what he is because after the Focus cover reveal many thought Levi was an angel. He is not but I want you all to read the series and discover the paranormal secrets for yourselves! I am so excited for Focus but also sad because it is the last book in the series!

"A chaste kiss could have accomplished the same thing. That wasn't chaste--your tongue was in my mouth, Al."
"Are you complaining?"
"Hell no. I happen to like your tongue...and the rest of you."

"You'll fly me home?"
"You know I'd fly you anywhere."

"So you've never done it with your wings out, right?"
He laughed. "No, I haven't." His hand settled on my very exposed leg.
"Could we?"
"Come home with me, Al, and we can do anything you want."

"Doesn't locking you in a soundproof room count as romantic?"
"No."
"Darn, I knew I should have popped open some champagne."

This book made me feel so many feels. Like seriously. But it took me a while to remember who Allie was and to remember that I actually liked being inside her head.

At first I was like,

But then I remembered

Then she reminds us of what Levi did.

And I was all

Even though Levi was all

While Allie was effectively tempting Levi with her "you can look but don't touch" look.

We finally meet Jared's brother, Bryant, and another female Pteron, Michelle.

And Allie's ex-boyfriend worms his way back into her life.

After much persuading from Levi, Allie finally gives in to her true desires.

But then...the ending. UNBELIEVABLE CLIFFY. I was just...I can't even.

NEED BOOK 3 NOW! (Don't be stupid, Allie!!!)

Very supernatural

Very good book 2 in this 4 book series, by Alyssa Rose Ivy. I love her books writing style and Characters.

In this book the Characters are very likeable, I enjoy the different supernatural elements and species. There's plenty going on to keep ones attention and watching Levi and Ally's relationship finally blooming, is wonderful.

Plus there's a supernatural fraction, trying to bring down Levi's family. Who are the leader's of the supernatural beings in there area's. Ally has been a target a few times, of their's in the process to bring them down. Now they have kidnapped someone very close to Ally.

I can't wait to see what happens in book three. It's gotta be great.

Nah. Just, Nah. I was no more impressed with this ridiculous excuse for a book as I was with the first one; even more so actually. Far too many of the scenes were way too forced and unnecessary.

I especially detested the "surprise plot twists." They were pathetic and not in the least bit surprising: the evil douch-bags were evil (WOW!), the crazy ex-boyfriend was crazy AND evil (shocker!!), and best of all, the love couple truly were meant to be, for absolutely NO REASON AT ALL (SAY WHAT NOW?!?! Gasp!!). Didn't see THAT coming from a thousand miles away. *rolls eyes*

The good news is, there's only one more to go, and the books have been not at all time-consuming. If anything, it will kill another day.

I wasn't feeling Book #2 at all. I'm sure my Nook's happy I'm done reading because there were several times I did want to smash it. I was sooooooooooo X10000000 annoyed as hell with Allie this time around. She kept running hot & cold with Levi, and about the 1000th (totally exaggerating) kiss & than pushing him away I wanted to smash my nook!

Things that annoyed about Allie this time around me:
1. She kept leading him on
2. She didn't trust Byrant but when with him anyway & almost got killed again.
3. She kept going to parties even though she was told that she was in danger.
4. She she back home & rode with her ex-boyfriend who clearly wasn't over her, he kissed her, then found out he's a Blackwell
5. I think she's going to do some REALLY stupid in book #3 (I really hope she finally comes to her senses though.)

Lastly, the other characters did not annoy me at all, well except for her ex-boyfriend Toby. What a douche!

There was one sentence Levi said in this book that I couldn't forget, it was something along the lines of "A relationship is build on trust and open communication"

And that was rich coming from him.

Have you ever read a book that was just so GAWD AWFUL that you couldn't help but keep reading it just to see how much worse it could possibly get? Yeah...that's me right now. My feminist side is raging right now, my creative side is raging right now, my literary scholar side is raging right now. And yet, I'm still curious to see just how much worse the next book in the series could possibly get.

That, my friends, is the only reason I gave this book two stars...because as much as I absolutely hate every character in this series and want to let the feminazi in me out on a rampage, I can't seem to look away from the spectacle.

Loved reading this book again, Levi making things up with Allie, and them working again, before it fell apart again! Not that he knew it!

So here are some of the many reasons to fall in love with this series and specifically with Focus!

1. Levi continues to be completely hot. Despite his "stupid" streak in which he tries to leave Allie in the dark. He shows his sweeter side in this sequel as he tries to win her back over. I do love that he never loses that confident edge with it.

2. We see more of the supporting characters! I actually fell a little in love with Jared in this book. Strange idea if you have read Flight but you really get to see a lot of interaction between the supporting characters.

3. Allie is no pushover. She is strong and independent and doesn't blindly overlook Levi's faults. She challenges him to be better and doesn't make it easy on him when he messes up.

4. The storyline continues to evolve and change which keeps the series interesting. Going into a third installment after reading this second installment is just as exciting of a wait as it was for Focus. The curveball thrown at the end isn't a cliffhanger but it has kept me preoccupied wondering what is going to happen next.

5. For those of you that look for clean well written books- this is definitely one for you. I didn't notice any technical errors and the writing is very well done. Dialogue is clear and non-repetative.

The Crescent Chronicles are a great read for anyone interested in the paranormal New Adult genre. I give this book a 5 and will be perched on the edge of my seat waiting for the next installment.

So I'll try to put very few spoilers in as possible..

The main characters are still weak and Dont have much depth to them. Theres still a lack of description to any of the characters, scenes or anything really. The dialog is still lacking in detail and sometimes any emotion from the characters at all.

One thing I struggle with is to like the hero of the story at all. He remains a selfish egotistical, emotionless, controlling pig yet our writer seems to want the readers to like him, she seems to struggle in making him look desirable.

There was a sex scene in what was meant to be an intense read, I found myself skipping this as I just didn't feel invested in their weak relationship anymore. I was disappointed in the story line as not much happened again either, there were small twists at the end of the book I actually didn't see coming but for me the entire book seemed much like the first, weak, empty of anything descriptive or in-depth, and a lot of the argument the characters had seemed rushed and lacked much emotion.

I feel like the books were her first novels as Alyssa rose ivy had ever written. They seem unfinished and rushed in a way. I won't give up on her just yet though, I am curious to see what happens in the 3rd book so I will give the writer another chance and finish the series.

I really enjoyed the story-telling in this book. The writing may have been immature and annoying some of the time, but the world and story were really great. I read the whole series in one day so it wasn't a long book by any means, and it always left on a cliff hanger. It probably could have been just one novel if combined.

I really wish that the author focused more on the great world she created than the romance. It was pretty fascinating, and by book three I really wanted more information on the paranormal creatures and the ruling dynamic. It gave a bit more but not nearly enough. I wonder if she'll write more or leave this series as is. It would be interesting to read from a different shifters perspective. The prejudice was prevalent against anything not Pterons, maybe a interspecies relationship would be a great addition, something between Hailey and that bear guy.

Anyways its a fun read, definitely worth the time and money. I'm curious to read more by the author because of her great story-telling and world building, she is definitely outside the box. Also love that vampires are the lowest on the totem pole of paranormal creatures, so funny and needed after the Twilight craziness.

What will happen next?! I hope in this second book, the world of the supernaturals would be explain more. Well, I guess it's okay if not that much. I don't mind. I like how the first book was written. ;)

It's just... January 2013?! :O Well, at least it's just three more months of waiting. Hope it'll not be changed.

Ugh. What is with that ending?! >:( And that guy... He seriously is annoying the heck out of me. What's up with that.

This actually started out good. Continuing what happened at the end of book 1. Allie started school in New Orleans and all that. And Levi comforting/making up with Allie. Getting back together. Though Alli annoyed me a bit for prolonging the wait when in fact she wanted to be with him.

And we see more of the paranormal stuffs. Pteron's politics. I don't know why but I don't like Levi's father. >_< Too strict and there's something more I can't or don't know how to point out.

But over-all, I quite like it. Just not the ending. Nope. This just means I need to wait for the third book now. :( how many months more? Sigh.

This review is for all 3 books, Flight, Focus, and Found.

I didn't love the first book, but I was interested enough to continue on with the story for book 2 and 3. I enjoyed the premise, and I always love a story based in New Orleans. The author did a good job of making you feel her love of the city. What I didn't like is that sometimes there was absolutely no transition from one scene to another. I would be reading and then have to go back because I thought I missed pages. It was confusing at times. Still, I liked the paranormal world and the characters were pretty good.

I have read some reviews that say they didn't like what Levi did, and it was pretty sneaky, but it didn't put me off the story. In fact, it made me curious to read book 2 to see how she would handle it. Overall, I finished all three books and was happy with the way the series ended.

I am trash for this dumpster fire and I don't know why.

Levi doesn't see why Allie is angry. Why taking away her freedoms over and over is frustrating. He just keeps doing it and expects her to be ok with him controlling the direction of her life and taking away her options to choose things for herself.

I hate it... But I can't stop reading it. That's about as much of a review as I'll allow myself to write for this one.

Much better than expected and I was always thinking about reading it when I wasn’t reading it, which is why I rated it 5 instead of 4 stars. If something has your attention like that, it deserves some credit where credit is due. I love that the first and this book both held at least one surprise for me and I can’t wait to find out the third book’s secrets.

Yep.. and that’s why you’re not supposed to read at 27yo books that you should’ve read at 18. lol. This was an okay read to me. Allie annoyed me most of the book with her indecision and I skipped most of it. This book was literally a waste, nothing major happened, the whole thing could’ve been a chapter or two in a book.
But anyway, my ocd doesn’t let me stop the series midway so I’m going to see what happens in books 3.

At A Glance
Things are just starting to get interesting. I can't wait for the next book, but I still wish more happened in Focus.

The Good
Focus is all about Levi and Allie's relationship. Allie still hasn't forgiven Levi for tricking her into getting engaged and becoming the princess of a supernatural society where Pteron (supernatural creatures with wings) rule. Forced to stay close to Levi for protection, Allie is now going to college in New Orleans. If college wasn't hard enough, Allie is still being pursued by people who want to either kill her or make her theirs. But Levi is there for her every step of the way, trying to get back into her heart...and pants. ;)

Focus really takes us deeper into the supernatural world. We finally get some answers to the questions left behind from Flight. Levi and Allie have a precarious relationship but they have to show a strong bond in public because a weak prince and princess means a weak leadership. The political part of the Pteron fascinated me. Learning more about Jared, his family, and his relationship in the hierarchy made me start liking him. He is such a player, and in Flight, he was pretty much an ass. But in Focus, he's a lovable ass. Then there's Hailey. I loved Allie and Hailey as best friends. They helped each other out in so many ways, they really are perfect friends for each other. I was excited to learn more about the side characters this time around.

If you felt bad for Allie for what Levi did in Flight, don't worry about it anymore. She got her payback. She gave Levi the runaround most of the book. She also kept leading him on, kissing him one minute, backing away the next. Though, not really one purpose. She can't help but feel conflicted. Levi deserved it though. She kept him on his toes every minute, making him work for his right to her.

Levi is as sexy and possessive as ever. He still has secrets and he still thinks like a Pteron more than a human, but his sweet side really comes out in Focus. He goes to great lengths to win Allie back. I love his protective streak, too. It's so obvious how much he loves Allie, he just has a funny way of showing it. I would love to learn ever more about him. I still feel there's something about him left untapped.

The story was good and the action was intense. Focus is more about character development though. We learn a lot more about the secondary characters which makes us love or hate them even more, and Allie and Levi are starting to finally feel like a real couple. I also enjoyed the peek at college life. It reminds me a lot of when I was in college, especially since Allie really cares about her grades but also tries to have fun. It's a hard balance to achieve. The cliffhanger ending was pretty juicy, too. I am dying to read book 3 now.

The Bad
Again, as in Flight, I felt like there should have been more in this book. Focus ends on a cliffhanger but it felt like the story should have kept going because not enough happened to be left fully satisfied.

Allie was a little annoying in this book. She made some stupid decisions about her safety even knowing she was in constant danger. She needs to learn caution.

The Snuggly
For most of the book Levi and Allie are on the outs, but Levi never misses a chance to touch and flirt with Allie. I think the sexual tension was so much more intense in Focus. Levi and Allie just get hotter. The sex is still YA, but we are slowly getting to New Adult content.

Final Thoughts
I do feel Focus was a little better than Flight, but not quite 4 stars yet. It's getting there though. Really, I just wish there was more consistent action. But maybe this is a more relaxed series, and that's okay. I still can't wait for the next book. I have to know what is going to happen next. Recommended.

Once I finished reading Flight (the first book), I immediately wanted the 2nd book straight away. The cliffhanger at the end of book 1 was just too much to handle!!! However, i was quite surprised when i started Focus (the second book) as it started off really different to what i expected. The 1st book ended with a question which i thought would be answered by Allie at the beginning of the 2nd book. Although, the beginning of this book was still really good, i suppose i would of liked to see how she would respond to him. Nonetheless, this is soon answered in the book, they don't simply state, they let you guess instead which i loved!

Like Flight, i found Focus really easy to get into at the beginning! Maybe this was because of my eagerness, but i immediately felt like i was already part of this book. I did have to take some time to "adjust" to what is happening. By "adjust", i mean that i have to come up to date with what has happened already and what has changed. Basically, kind of like getting used to the book once again. After all this was sorted out, i simply did not want to put this down!

Yet again, like the first book, Allie was still a very annoying and frustrating character. I really hated how she kept on rejecting Levi and making him chase her even more. I know she has her reasons as he basically dragged her into this life, however she just also needs to understand that what's done is done, she can't go back in time and reverse it! It just time for her to accept her fate and to understand what Levi is going through. On the other hand, although she was very very annoying and frustrating, she still had a very positive side of protecting and loving her friends. I thought it was beautiful watching Jared and her bond as really great friends considering they hated each other in book 1.

Levi was also a slightly frustrating character in this story as he kept on doing things without her permission and her consent. To be honest, it was almost like he was digging his own grave and that he deserved it. Although he loves her a lot, he should still understand that she deserves her own freedom. Therefore, i was slightly angry when he tried to take over her education as well because she's already given up basically her whole life for him and he still wants to take more.

Overall, Focus was a really great read, it was un-predictable, funny and sweetly romantic. Normally in series i prefer the 1st book, however in this case, i actually don't know which one i enjoy more! This was truly an amazing read and i can't wait to read the next book!!!

A last minute decision has Allie staying in New Orleans to attend Tulane instead of Princeton. Not like she had a choice. If Levi would have been upfront in the beginning instead of tricking her to stay, she may have decided on her own. Now she may never know and now she is engaged to the Prince of a secret supernatural society. How did life get so confusing and out of control? But Allie plans to make the most of her first semester of college and enjoy it to its fullest. There is only one problem: Levi. Even though she is denying her feelings for him she just can’t stop thinking about him. Will Levi be able to convince her to forgive him for his inability to tell her the truth this past summer?

Let me start off with saying that I love, love this series. Even after reading Ivy’s other books, this series has captured my heart. It is by far my favorite of hers and I just cannot get enough of it. I was so eager to read FOCUS and see Levi work for Allie’s heart and win her back. He knows he messed up royally (ha! I made a pun) but he really does care for that girl and wants to be with her. That boy knows how to crawl into a girl’s heart and take up residence. He is so unbelievably adorable…yes he is cocky…but adorable nonetheless. I mean, who doesn’t love a guy that is a little sure of his…abilities? Yeah, that is good word for Levi.

But lord help me, if I had to listen to Allie whine one more time about Levi I was going to scream. How can she not see his feelings for her are true? For 200 pages I had to watch the girl live in denial about her own feelings for him and it soon got a little old. But Ivy did a great job building up the tension the two felt between each other…it was undeniable and irrefutable.

And I must say I just love Ivy’s take on the whole supernatural world of shifters. Yes she has vamps and witches mixed into the story, but shifters are the big focal point of the story line It really is different and I think readers will enjoy her creativity and ideas. Plus the added fact that she gives her secondary characters such a prominent role is first rate in my eyes. I love when I can connect to the other characters just as much as the MC’s. I am thinking spin offs, eh. ;)

This is definitely one of my favorite series out there and I am eagerly waiting for FOUND to be released. I just hope I can last until the summer waiting for it. FOCUS is a must read for those who love supernatural tales and New Adult reads. Now go getcha some!

It had been a while since I read the first book in the series, so it took me a few chapters in to remember what was going on and why, but once my memory was refreshed the storyline reminded me about why I was so anxious to continue on.

At the end of FLIGHT, Allie discovers she's mated to the Levi, the prince of the Supernatural community. She feels used and lied to, since Levi wasn't quite so forthcoming about what it meant to accept his ring and then have sex with him. Giving up her dreams of going to college at Princeton, Allie finds herself enrolled at Tulane and accepting not only Levi being a fixture in her life but his best friends serving as her bodyguards as well. Allie has a lot she's trying to grapple with. Her place within the Supernatural community, how her new status effects her relationship with her parents and what her true feelings are for Levi, despite the lies and half-truths. There are moments when Allie's actions and responses remind me of how young she is, but then there are other times when you can see her growing up and understanding just what she needs to do.

Levi is a character I love. He has an agenda and it's to win Allie over. He knows he loves her and he's confident that she still loves him, despite how she's acting. He stops at nothing to protect his mate. Does he know it bothers Allie when he's overbearing, yes, but he's grown up in the Supernatural community and he knows what it means for him to have his mate. Even though he's willing to give Allie a little bit of space to come to grips with everything, he's not willing to let her out of his sight for fear something might happen to her. For Levi, everything he does is about Allie and his love for her.

This middle book is about Levi and Allie getting back on track. There is the running story about other supernaturals trying to take out Levi's family, which includes Allie, but that tends to take a bit of a back seat to Levi and Allie's relationship finding solid ground.

I enjoyed the story and remembered exactly why I loved FLIGHT so much....which is Levi. I devoured this book because I had to know what happened next. A series I highly recommend.

Alyssa Rose Ivy is one of the most consistent writers I follow. Every time I read one of her books, I know that it will be a quality story. The Crescent Chronicles is probably my favorite series of hers. I read Flight last year and fell in love with the characters and the story. I couldn't wait to read Focus!

Ok, so at the end of Flight, things aren't looking too good for Allie and Levi's relationship. Levi wasn't particularly forthcoming in Allie's role in their relationship. Well, in this book, Allie is still pretty angry. She feels like Levi tricked her and lied to her. That's tough to overcome. And believe me, she doesn't give in easily. I appreciated that though. I think if she had forgiven him too easily, that would have bothered me. I think Levi needed to work for her trust again.

I love the characters in this series. Levi is absolutely dreamy, despite his faults and Allie is likable. The character that grew on me the most in this book was Jared. He kind of took me by surprise. He came off a bit jerky in the first book, but we start to see him in a different light in this one.

The paranormal elements to this book kept me intrigued. It's been a while since I've gotten really into a paranormal story. We learn more about The Society in this book and what Levi's role will be in the future. I also loved the Halloween scene. It certainly led into a very interesting "experience" for Levi and Allie.

Overall, I really enjoyed Focus. I flew through this book in one sitting. I felt like there were a few big surprises and it definitely left me wanting more. I absolutely can't wait to see what happens in Found. If you are looking for a well written, different type of paranormal romance, look no further. The Crescent Chronicles is refreshing and unique. I'm so glad I found it.

Did I enjoy this book: I did enjoy this book. I read it every free chance I had...it was hard to put down.

This was a great second book in a series! I enjoyed Focus more than I enjoyed Flight, the first book in The Crescent Chronicles series. I thought Focus was better...more developed, I cared more about the characters and what was happening. Focus is exciting, has a lot of action, and a great love story.

Allie was better in this book. She didn't annoy me quite as much as she did in Flight. Allie is still strong and handling the knowledge of who, and what, Levi is and about the world she lives in. Levi is still cocky but slightly more endearing in this book. I like him a little bit more. He truly loves Allie, that is evident, and he is trying to make it up to her...tricking her into becoming his mate. (Which is still pretty unforgivable.)

I think Hailey is sweet. I really like her. She is a wonderful friend, and protector, to Allie. And Allie really sticks up for Hailey and her brother, Owen, in front of the king. I also thought Jared was much more likable in Focus. We learn more about him and his family - especially his brother. You can't help but like him more and more as this story progresses. He really is a good guy.

The end...REALLY?!?!?!?!? Why? How can a book end like that? What a cliffhanger! I was looking for the next page. I kept trying to turn the page on my Kindle...but there was no page to turn to. I CANNOT WAIT TO READ FOUND! I have to know what happens next.

Would I recommend it: I would recommend this book, especially if you read the first book, Flight.

Will I read it again: I will not read this book again but I will most definitely read Found, book #3 of The Crescent Chronicles series.

So no...the plot holes did not get cleared up, nor did the characters develop anymore. Do yourself a favor and just say no.

I love a strong, female lead. I really do. However, there's a difference between a strong, female lead and someone that is stubborn, annoying and completely oblivious to people trying to help them. Allie started to really get on my nerves in book one and I should have listened to my better judgement. What don't understand is why did she hold such a grudge with Levi where she cut everyone else slack? And why did Levi want her soooo bad? She was hot and cold with him all the time when all he was trying to do was protect her. She wanted him but then constantly pushed him away. Allie is the reason men think women are crazy.

Story Holes that never explained themselves:
-Why did Allie's dad buy a hotel that contained an ancient species secret meeting space in it's basement?
-Why was it up for sale in the first place and if it was why didn't Levi's family buy it. They have tons of money and flaunt it.
-Why does Levi live in an apartment with two of his friends and who pays the rent?
-If he can pull strings and get Allie in any class, why does he even go to college?
-Who is paying for Allie to go there if her dad is broke? Who was going to pay for Princeton? I'm totally confused by this whole line of thinking.
-Why are birds the strongest shifters? I mean really? And why in the world would a writer choose crows to be to the cool guys? It's just weird.

There are plenty more issues I have but I feel like I've put more time and effort into trying to understand the ridiculousness of this book than I did in reading it. I found myself dreading reading and this is not a good place to be. There was sooooo much potential here that just fell flat and left me confused and angry.

Thank you so much Alyssa for sending me an ARC of Focus. After finishing Flight, I was very anxious to read book 2 and see where Levi and Allie were headed. Although Allie really frustrated me while I was reading this, being the hard headed, stubborn person that she is, I was happy to see that she at least gave in somewhat. Focus picks up when Allie and Hailey head off to college. Here Allie and Hailey form a strong female bond, which of course Allie needs. Along the way she forms new friendships with other females in her dorm but also with the most unlikely person, Jared. I was really happy to see that friendship form. Of all the characters, I believe Jared is the most misunderstood. We get to see Jared's family and learn a lot of why Jared is the way he is. Focus brings in a lot of family dynamics. Not only with Levi's, Hailey and Owen's, and Jared's, you also see a different side of Allie's. In Flight, Alyssa gave us a bit more drama/action, where Focus gives us the blossoming relationship between Allie and Levi. Levi definitely does not disappoint with his charm, wit and arrogance. The patience that man has is admirable.

The story has a great flow to it, so much that even without the action it keeps your attention. I think the character development is the major piece of this book. Alyssa did so well with keeping all the characters involved and allowed you to learn about each of them. With the way this story ends, it's safe to say book 3 will definitely give us some action. Enjoy.

After reading the first book, I was not impressed with Levi, despite all his good qualities because he tricked allie into a lifelong commitment with him. In this book I changed my mind. From the begining Levi showed his love and devotion for allie. you start to see that things are real between them. I love the fact that Allie is not giving into him easy, even though she wants to. Allie makes him work for her returned feelings. yes its still a bit wierd for me how he went about things with her. but in this second book there is a realness to what they have. however he has put her in a bad spot, and it will be interesting to see how things play out. I enjoyed this book a lot better than the first, but the story in a whole is great. and I just have to say..Holly cliffhanger! If you love a good romance with humor, supernatural elements, and great character's this is a series for you. bring on the next.
