This has been in my kindle forever… since 12th April 2015. No idea where I got it from.
First mystery - gosh it’s exactly the same as this book by Bogdan Ivanov.

Each tip is a heading with two paragraphs to follow. Like this:
Physical factors should be minded
The way you feel takes a great toll on your ability to focus and you're definitely already aware of this, especially when you want to study for an exam and you cannot focus because you're tired. Your lifestyle should not hinder your ability to focus, but actually improve it, so how about you take a few steps to make that possible?
Exercising regularly for example, gives you a great adrenaline rush and makes your blood pump, increasing your alertness levels. One thing you need to remember is that when you decide to exercise, you also need to get enough sleep in order to allow your body to restore its energy levels. (Kindle Locations 278-284).

It’s like that all the way through.
And it’s big on yoga breathing, tai-chi, Buddhism and a mish-mash of other things like spoken affirmations, positive thought, staying sober and so on.
Moderate your caffeine? Eyes narrow… you can take my coffee mug from my cold dead hands…
Basically a compendium of tips. Which is what it says on the cover, I suppose.
